How did Dustin hang with Brodie? But Cody couldn't do crap?
Now when Cody returns he will be superman and most likely Brodie looks weak

Now when Cody returns he will be superman and most likely Brodie looks weak CODY was defending the title pretty much every week, and the story was well pushed that he was burning the candle so much he was eventually gonna crash. Not looking to defend every minutia of the storytelling, like how Dustin looked better avenging his brother here than what happened with Lance Archer in a very similar scenario. |

Sending Matt Hardy out to do damage control for Khan was embarrassing. I hope at least behind the scenes, TK is acknowledging he effed up on Saturday and taking steps to ensure that doesn’t happen again.
But on the bright side, Rusev being back on TV is awesome! I’ve been of the opinion that they should be thinking about putting a belt on a guy who isn’t a WWE has-been, but now Handsome Miro has arrived, screw that! He should be the world and TNT champion.

I think Dustin should have won, they could have easily just switched the title back 2 weeks from now.

watching AEW Dynamite and they really referenced something that I'm pretty sure happened on Fite+ that we didnt even see on TNT. How am I supposed to know the Young Bucks attacked Alex Marvez? Had me confused like I missed something so I had to google it.

Wasn't the best show in terms of matches, promo heavy show but developed and continued story lines nicely, i wasn't bored.

Reby definitely called out Matt as idiot #1 in the whole scenario, so I think she may have had something to do with him being the one doing the most damage control publicly. But I do think behind the scenes TK is 100% acknowledging it, and I'm sure Reby ripped him a new one when they met lol. No way she shows up on tv if she hasn't squared things up with him privately. Also hoping his Sabian deal was just a one off. Not even trying to slight Sabian but Miro's just not being utilized to his potential if he's involved with him.

I'm not high on Kip (if his matches were shorter, THEN we can talk lol), but a Kip/Miro tag team/allies has a lot of potential. |

Cage lost a ton of momentum by being hot-shoted to the main event, only to loose to Mox and not do much since then. I’m giving AEW the benefit of the doubt. I think they realize how valuable Miro is as a performer and will be careful with his push. Take their time, maybe tag with Kip for a bit and then head up the card as a singles guy. I have no doubt he’ll be a main eventer sooner rather than later, but let the guy establish a new character and build some momentum in the midcard. |
