My favorite move of all-time is the Superplex, when it is done from the top turnbuckle (as opposed to the attacker standing on the middle buckel while the victim stands on the top) back when I E-Fedded, that was my guy's finisher.
Close second is Arn Anderson's Gordbuster.
Also a big fan of:
Flair's figure 4 leglock
Mustafa Ali's 054
Doomsday Device
Rock & Roll Express Double Dropkick.
Slingblade clothesline

Honorable mention goes to Jakes/Double A's DDT When I saw Arn in your thread, I thought we were going to see this move.

I mean technically Tito is doing the Sunset Flip. Aloha Arn is “working and selling his ass off”

For a top 5 for me, with no particular order I'd go:
Arn Anderson's Spinebuster: You have a lot of guys who have used the 'spine on the pine,' but for me, no one did it better than Double A. The quickness, and the smoothness that it hit it with was just perfect. Plus he could do it in tag matches, when his partner set the opponent up for him, or from a standing position without even throwing the guy into the ropes.
Stone Cold Stunner: One of the all time great finishers for one of the all time greats. It's suddenness and how damaging it looked, was just so good.
JBL's Clothesline From Hell: I may think JBL is a human piece of garbage, but I can't deny loving the move. He looked like he killed his opponents when he hit it.
The Perfectplex: a perfect finisher for the perfect wrestler. One of those moves, where when he hit it, it was over. It was great how they also protected it so well, the rare times when someone kicked out, it was such a shock.
Sharpshooter: Bret Hart was a favorite of mine for so long and the sharpshooter is part of why I loved him, and I'd say it was that move, that made me a fan of the submission style for wrestlers.
few honorable mentions: The LaBell lock: This took over as a favorite from the Crippler Crossface. The problem with the crossface, is most time, you can see the guy doesn't have the arm really trapped, but with the LaBell lock, it's clearly a trapped arm. The Anaconda Vice: Loved when CM Punk used that as his first WWE finisher. Sucked that once he started using the GTS, he barely used the vice. Used to love when he set it up with a uranage slam too. Dudley Death Drop: In my opinion having his as their team finisher was part of what helped take the Dudleyz to the level they got.

I dunno if this is going to sound weird, but I've always been more of a bump and sell type of person. That stuff was always my favorite, over the moves. Like the way Jeff Hardy would take a back drop, or the way Ray Stevens would sell a punch, or like Regal selling anything.
Also, a lot of the reversals in World of Sport were just absolutely dazzling to me.

Always loved Jeff Hardy’s Whisper in the Wind when we was running up the corner. Also a fast tilt-a-whirl backbreaker!

Sweet Chin Music, RKO, Black Mass to name a few. Big fan of the ones that just happen out of nowhere.
Also love a good submission move. Ankle lock probably is my favorite.
