These have me excited for the rest of the wave. Hoping we get to see Hangman on Monday. Really love that MJF's chase variant is in pink too.

I like both figures quite a bit, actually. The early image of MJF was hand painted, which explains the difference in appearance. I prefer the final product to the prototype anyways. Huh, your trolling right? Nah, that’s not really my thing. |

I’m cautiously optimistic about the rest of the set. Dustin was a big improvement but MJF was a downgrade to me. Lucha Bros looked awesome at Toy Fair but in the AEW figure commercial they didn’t look as good.
Regardless Hangman, Mox, Penta and Fenix are some of my most wanted figures right now. Can’t get them soon enough.

Let's at least TRY to stay on topic.
Really not loving MJF's face. It looks similar to Cody in that the tones they're using the eyes and lips just look sort of pale and sickly to me.

That original MJF is from FEB. Of course changes are bound to happen. I think the new images look good

If they fixed the knee pads, honestly its fine. I think a quick swap with a large set of mattel knee pads should take care of that problem in a hurry. |

is the MJF chase going to be like a 'surprise, it's up randomly' type deal or a luck of the purchase type deal?
I mean it is, what it is, but some clarity on that front would be great.

It’s ok to be a mark for certain guys, but they’re certainly not the greatest thing ever or anything. I really enjoyed both of them in Lucha Underground. Evans’ athletic ability is absolutely ridiculous. I wouldn’t mind seeing them a little more often on Dynamite, but the match this week with FTR just did not click.

Hey I noticed the MJF in pink has his championship ring sculpted on his hand. I wonder if he'll come with multiple hands or is the ring hand exclusive to the variant?
