Now the shocks can be good...they can be things that disgusted you....they can be things that left you going Whoa!! whatever....just chew it over & stick them down here.
Here are mine in no particular order. Some will be obvious...Id say we will all share a few.
1) Hogan turns heel & joins the nWo at BATB 1996. as a 16 year old I was convinced Bret Hart was going to be the 3rd guy. He had been off TV longer than both Hall & Nash who had featured on the April IYH. Bret had not been seen since WM12 when he stormed off. When Hogan was coming to "make the save" I was convinced Bret was going to turn up and waffle him with a chair from the crowd or something. Hogan turning blew me away......
2) staying in 1996. Paul bearers heel turn on Undertaker at SSlam 1996. This genuinely surprised me....the whole feud did with the beatings UT took.
3) Undertaker turns heel on JR after SSeries 2001 and makes him kiss Vinces ass. I was like "WTF are you doing man!!!" LOL....I was enraged
4) HHH turns heel on DX @ WM15. Not one fan seen this coming...its one of the most underrated heel turns out there. Chyna had just turned face earlier in the night and reunited DX. Then Boom...the pair of them were swerving us...it was really Kane who was getting dumped from the Corporate team & HHH joining up...not Chyna turning face. Masterful turn. DX were white hot & his turn really cemented him as the #1 heel in WWF.
5) Sting debuts @ SSeries 2014. I hadnt been looking at any wrestling gossip or anything so I just tuned into this event with hardly any knowledge of it aside from the big elimination match. When he turned up to foil the evil Authority? I marked like crazy. I had no clue he was coming in.
6) Austin loses the 3 stages of hell feud ender to HHH in 2001. HHH ran him over...& Austin lost the feud. Couldn't get my head around it.....I know it was to keep HHH strong( it worked) but man I was like WTF??
7) Trish stratus heel turn on Jericho @ WMXX....totally didn't see it coming.
8) Austin's turns at WM17 and Invasion....I was incensed. to this day they are beyond idiocy in terms of booking.
9) The Radicalz being in the crowd....I had just seen them on Thunder the previous week. I marked!!! LOL.
10) Flair turning up on the Funeral Parlor. as an 11 year old that only ahd seen a few WCW shows and knew of Flair primarily through PWI magazine? It really fired up my imagination......
over to you lads.........

I was their when Taker turned on JR. It was actually my first show I went to in person.
Stratus turning on Jericho really got me as a young kid.

Two moments I can remember where my jaw was completely wide open was the streak and not quite classic but worth half a mention, Goldberg squashing Brock. I never saw that Rollins chairshot coming either. Or Cena doing the favors for Kevin Owens.

I don't think I have 10. But, of course, the "streak", never thought it would end with Lesnar. I thought for sure it would have ended with Cena. Bischoff showing up on Raw. That was a holy crapmoment for sure. And when Vince turned around in his chair and wanted to INJECT (huh???) the WWE with poison and NWO was on the back of his chair. And the whole WWF buying WCW too.

Bit of a recency bias but at the top of my head
- Charlotte and Lesnar retaining at WM34. - Ambrose turning on Rollins. Didn't see it happening that night at all.

Most of mine come from being a kid at the time where everything was too big for my little kayfabe-believing mind.
- The Radicalz debuting in the WWF. Took me over a week to get my head around it, couldn't believe they were literally just on WCW before and that they could be on the top rival's show just after. Being an adult now I'd be like WTF?! but wouldn't be as mind blowing.
- The Outsiders and Bret Hart attacking Goldberg with baseball bats in late 1999. I legit thought they'd killed Goldberg because they were obliterating him.
- Vince/Shane buying out WCW
Also later on things like Taker losing to Brock. I thought it was a great surprise. I do like swerves.

I vividly remember Paul Bearer Turing on Taker. I really didn’t see that one coming.

Hogan heel turn Jake's cobra biting Randy Savage Savage slapping Hogan and breaking up the Mega Powers Shawn super-kicking Marty and throwing him through the Barber Shop window (or, the coward Jannetty diving through the window to run from Shawn...) Hall and Nash showing up on Nitro to start the NWO angle Finding out that Goldust was Dustin Rhodes Nailz attacking Big Boss Man (they really did a good job selling the beat down, in the WWF magazine they showed him all beat up and bruised) Perfect slamming the cage door on Flair's head, that looked really brutal Montreal Screwjob Hearing that Tugboat almost main-evented a WrestleMania as Sheik Tugboat

You'd think as long as I have watched wrestling, I could come up with 10 easy, but I am struggling.
In no particular order.....
Scott Hall walking through the crowd to debut on Nitro.
Eric Bischoff being announced as the GM of RAW.
James Storm winning the TNA title.
The Original Midnight Express showing up on TBS and bloodying Cornette.
Miss Elizabeth running to the back to escape the Hart Foundation and Honky Tonk Man, only to re-emerge dragging Hogan with her.
Benoit tapping HHH at WM20
The Fingerpoke of Doom
Andre winning the WWF Title.
Barry Windham turning on Luger and joining the Four Horsemen.
Ronnie Garvin winning the NWA title.

Flair sold it perfectly. Schiavone the next night on Nitro walking out in protest just added it to it.

Great idea for a topic and here are mine from when I started watching to 2000.
Undertaker Puts Ultimate Warrior In The Casket
Warrior was a hero of mine as a kid and this was truly shocking to me. I thought he was dead, that was how real wrestling was to me back then. Apart from Optimus Prime in the Transformers movie, this was the first time I saw one of my heroes in a really vulnerable position like this as a kid.
Texas Tornado Gets Slammed Into The Steel Steps
Many of you will be looking at this and saying "what?" but hear me out. This was at my very first live event in 1991 and while I had seen people get slammed into the steel steps before. The sound echoing through the arena when Warlord slammed Texas Tornado into the steps has stuck with me forever.
Shawn Michaels Puts Marty Jannetty Through The Barbershop Window
I knew that The Rockers were having trouble, but the superkick shocked me, and then Marty jumping out the Barbershop window really knocked my socks off.
Bob Backlund Winning The Title
This match had me on the edge of my seat and no way in hell was Bret Hart going to lose. Owen Hart took me through the whole emotional spectrum in this match with me thinking he was cool and a solid guy to me hating his guts as he cost Bret the title.
Bret Hart Going Through The Table
The ladder matches in 92, 94 and 05 were awesome and full of dangerous spots, but Diesel knocking Bret Hart through the table at the 1995 Survivor Series just came out of nowhere fo me.
The First Hell In A Cell
I had seen a ton of cage matches before, but I was not sure exactly what a Hell in a Cell match was. I watched this live with my cousin and it was one of the most amazing matches I have ever seen.
Bulldog Losing The European Title
I was there live in the crowd for One Night Only and this was insane. My buddy and I were actually cheering for Shawn Michaels, but we were smart enough to stop about half way through the match as the mood in the arena changed.
The Montreal Screwjob
I know this is boring and predictable, but it has to be on my list.
Kane Setting The Casket On Fire
Most folks talk about Shawn Michaels hurting his back, but the visual of Kane setting fire to the casket was freaking amazing!
Triangle Ladder Match At WM 2000
I do think that the first TLC is a better match, but nothing could have prepared me for how epic the triangle ladder match at WrestleMania 2000 was. These six guys were always gold for me, no matter what line up was competing.

Sting showing up at the Survivor Series.
Montreal Screwjob.
Hogan’s heel turn at the BatB.
Graham tearing apart Backlund’s championship with his hands.
Snuka coming off the top of the cage onto Muraco.
The Road Warriors turning on Dusty.
Stevens collecting the bounty on Snuka.
Hall showing up at WCW.
Rude appearing on both Raw and Nitro on the same night.

some great ones being listed here....Hall showing up was a whoa moment for me but Nash coming out with him was the WHOA time for me. After that I was hooked.
Goldberg smashing Lesnar in the title matches surprised the hell outta me too.

1. Barry Windham heel turn on Lex Luger to join the Horsemen
2. Sid showing up in ECW in 1999
3. Seth Rollins heel turn on the Shield
4. Hulk Hogan heel turn to join the NWO
5. Scott Hall and Kevin Nash showing up in WCW in 1996
6. Lex Luger showing up on the first WCW Nitro in 1995
7. Jerry Lawler showing up at the ECW Arena in 1997
8. Zack Ryder winning the IC Title in the ladder match at Wrestlemania
9. Mick Foley being tossed off the Hell in a Cell - twice in one night!
10. Brock Lesnar defeating the Undertaker at Wrestlemania ending the streak.
I am sure there are a lot more that I am forgetting but off the top of my head that is what I came up with.

In no particular order....
Bob Backlund losing the WWF title to the Iron Sheik.
Hearing Jimmy Snuka talk for the first time when he did his face turn on Buddy Rogers' Corner.
Reading about Bruiser Brody being murdered.
Hearing David Crockett & Tony Schiavone announce Magnum T. A.'s car accident.
Reading about Nancy Argentino's death in our local newspaper & not hearing it mentioned by the WWF or any wrestling magazines.
