Yeah he that one match on Challenge right before that show ended.
The gimmick just didnt get over with the crowd and was axed.Surprising though he didnt last a little while though considering all the zany gimmicks they had during that era.

I just can't believe this guy: 1. Wasn't African American, because he was so tanned it looked like he had some cast to him. Plus his hair also fit in with that notion. and 2. This was the same guy who appeared on the first ever TNA ppv as a Scott Steiner rip-off, using his real surname as "Del Rios"

He did come back to the WWF in 97 but in a dark match as the ''Spellbinder''(his USWA gimmick). With the rumored Shango return that year, they could've paired the two up.
