Oh I hate when that happens but it is a fun challenge though. I was battling the San Jose Sharks in the Stanley Cup Finals, the first game... It's ANYBODY's game.. Finally I get the lead in that game, and somehow they just came back out of no ing where! I was like DAMN! but that was fun. don't worry, you'll get out of the slump!

Game 6 - Wednesday October 17th 2007 Nashville: 1 Anahiem: 6 Preds lose anotherANAHIEM (AR)
The Anahiem Ducks added another loss to the Predators record with a 6-1 victory over the Nashville Predators. The Predators could not get anything going all night with recording only 14 shots on net during the whole game. Todd Bertuzzi opened the scoring 10:12 into the first period with his hard wrister that fooled Nashville goaltender Christobal Huet which came on the powerplay. Dustin Penner also added another tally 41 seconds later. Nashville got within one before the second period with Suters first goal of the season. Ryan Getzlaf was the only one to score in the second period. Anahiem busted out in the third with 4 unanswered goals coming from Marchant, Schnieder and Bertuzzi. "We don't know. We're not a very happy team right now" said goaltender Pakka Rinne.

Game 7 - Saturday October 20th 2007 Nashville: 0 San Jose: 2 Yet another bad beatSAN JOSE (AR)Saturdays game between the Predators and Sharks was not a good one for the Predators. Nashville fell 2-0 to the Sharks for their 7th straight loss to start the season. Not all is good for the Predators who have lost both Steve Sullivan and Marek Zidlicky to injury. Sullivan day-to-day, and Zidlicky just for one game. Clowe opened the scoring in the third period with his goal on the powerplay. Grier added an empty net goal with 7 seconds left in the third to seal the deal. The Predators take on the LA Kings on Tuesday

Game 8 - Tuesday October 23rd 2007 Nashville: 1 LA Kings: 2 Kings add to Preds Slump. The LA Kings gave the Nashville Predators exactly what they did not want on Tuesday. Another Loss. "This sucks. We're all going out there playing our butts off but we can't figure anything out" said Zidlicky. Mike Cammaleri added two goals on the night while Marek Zidlicky added his own at 10:06 of the third. "We think we have a major blockbuster deal set that will surprise everyone in the league. We hope we can get the deal to go through" Head Coach Barry Trotz said.

Wow.
It's not about getting the best player in the league, it's about your supporting players. You should be trading for players that can put up points, ala Aaron Carter (I think that's his name...)
And that is incredibly sucky that you lost three more games but I don't blame those teams, they're helluva good.
Thought for sure you would beat LA Kings though. Quick Question, who's the best team in the league?

My advice, as I also have played with Nashville, is you really need to utilize the point shot. Trade Hamhuis's present defense partner to Minnesota for Foster. Foster is a right stick with a bomb, Hamhuis a lefty with a bomb.
Also, you need to shore up in net. Huet is not going to cut it, never would. In my first trade I offloaded Forsberg, Rinne, and Dumont to Chi for Khabibulin, Seabrook (another righty with a bomb), and randomly one of the guys in the low 70s overall in talent.
My two cents.

Nashville! I made Nashville Rhinos and I'm on a massive streak, I'm undefeated! I'm Australian so I barely know anything but I'm alright with games and all but I was thinking, Nashville could go with a good team, by best players name was like Richard Lewis or something and they wore purple. I'm gonna actually buy it.
