Count me REALLY disappointed by this; almost all have been released within the last 2-3 years.
That is really, really underwhelming -- not much to look forward to in my eyes

We just had a legends jake chase. Bob Orton and JYD shouldn’t be made again. DX army and mean mark not my thing but they should sell. Acolytes would be exciting and Andre chase is interesting. Maybe nash or piper but I’ll have to see them first This is what happens when you can only make 15 different legends.
This -- one million percent! I wonder if all the repeats will start to hurt Mattel's bottom line?

I wonder if Mattel is changing Legends releases from quarterly to bi monthly. Kinda weird the line up for Legends 15 leaked when that probably wouldn't be out until fall 2022.

NINE series of the Legends figures since the line came back - and only ONE new/first-time Legend!? Wow. I know it's not really Mattel's fault - but as a long-term collector who already has everyone listed, it's all just lather/rinse/repeat. And WTH, Mattel - people are crying out for a classic Hulk Rules and/or Hulk Still Rules Ultimate Edition... and we get Wrestlemania 9 (...🤷♂️) and Mr America? |

dx army is an iconic look.
nash sells.
piper sells.
andre sells.
edge sells and we're due for new flashbacks.
jake sells and his deal could be expiring for all we know.
^same for hurricane^
apa haven't had figs in like 5 years and their acolytes gear is highly requested.
bob orton and jyd will warm lol
i get the complaints about lack of new faces but i think some people are being too hyperbolic about the line being doomed

Wow. These lineups are lackluster to say the least. Andre? We have about 6 of him and he only wore so much.
Hurricane we just had 2 of in the elite line. How many more looks does he really have that we need?
Jake the snake? I get it he’s a popular legend and had tons of attires, we don’t need everyone in figure form though. Especially because we just had 2.
The DX seems like it will be from the WCW invasion which is kind of cool. I guess it’s something different. I would still like another 123 kid.
Mean Mark. It’s whatever. Cool they are making him but it wasn’t a huge want.
Apa is cool but I want a Justin Hawk and a gladiator farooq like someone else said. Acolytes isn’t the worst though.
But at the end of the day it’s all repaints and rereleases of characters we have gotten over and over. I’m hoping the virtual comic con has done surprises but not really sure since these leaked. Mattel said not being able to sign names themselves won’t hurt but I really think its headed that way.

I remembered jyd last elite warming the pegs hard & this was at a time when there weren't many legends warming I believe. He will burn the pegs Considering my Target still has WM Chyna elites I don't have much faith that she won't be warming too. |

The only thing that could save this Chyna is that she’s going to be the DX Army one that goes with the rest of the group in surrounding sets. So people will be more likely to grab her to get the whole DX set. Otherwise I totally agree. |

I don't have bob orton so ill probably be getting him.
JYD....only interested if it's JLN attire. Also it'd be great if they updated the legs, the other figure had some skinny legs on him.
Everyone else listed is an easy pass. And id echo what others have expressed about being disappointed with that list. Why is it so hard to sign new legends? It seems like these 2 companies are so big and bloated at this point they can't get through the red tape of acquiring new names.

These are all amazing reveals. Complaining about duplicate figures is crazy to me especially when we know these will be light years better than the ones that came out the first 5 years of Mattel. And we would all love figures of new characters but it’s still a business and those obscure characters don’t sell. A classic superstars line wouldn’t be successful in today’s market.

I'm happy to add another Chyna and hope Mattel keep her coming. I will add Mean Mark Callous to my collection even though it's not the Undertaker gimmik.
