His Jakks TNA scan is ranked high up there too IMO. (Ignore the dollar store body/articulation lol)  I don't understand how JAKKS head sculpts/scans hold up much better than most of Mattels. Thats one of the best Hogans I've seen (head wise) They don’t. I don’t understand how you can think that. |

that JAKKs scan looks too much like Stallone than Hogan

I'll throw my 2 cents in here...
The UE has definitely grown on me. But yeah, the smiling scan just doesn't work. Granted, I still kinda appreciate them throwing it in because it wasn't originally in the gray scale pics, and it's also cool to have it since it was originally intended for the DM figure that had been canceled.
But, my vote for best nWo/late-career Hogan likeness would probably be Jakks Ringside Rebels 12" figure.
And yeah, hopefully Mattel gets the opportunity to make lots and lots of Hogan's and lots of opportunities to improve
