Zeus will always have a special place in my Professional Sports Wrestling Entertainment heart. I became a McMahoniac right before SummerSlam 1989. He was in the Main Event of the first 3 WWE pay per views I ever saw. In retrospect, he should have held a Championship.

The maga-powers, No holds barred stuff, studd came back and won rumble, flair/steamboat/funk stuff, starrcade 89 is one of my fav events! 10 PPV's (5 each), 6 SNME's, 5 Clash of Champions, & The NBC Main Event (Mega-Powers break up)!

I remember in an interview he said he was supposed to be champion for 3 years!

RIP Zeus. 1989 was a great year, the Hogan, Savage, Beefcake, and Zeus stuff was great. Sad to hear he passed, and at 62, still pretty young.

World Champion, Intercontinental Champion, World Tag Team Champion with Macho Man Randy Savage, it doesn't matter. 3 years would have been way too long. I would have gone with 3 months maybe.

Rest In Peace. Funny thing about that music video is I know the song but I can honestly say I never seen that video before.
