Man this year! I met Zeus a few years ago and he was a lot nicer than I thought he’d be. He was a good actor and had a memorable role in WWF.
RIP Tiny Lister

That is really sad to hear, by all accounts he was a real sweetheart of a guy. I thought he was great as Zeus and for a guy with no wrestling experience he played the role perfectly, I can still hear him saying "BEEFCAKE BARBER" lol and as a kid I loved No Hold Barred! One of the stranger memories I have of him was this music video he was in at some point in the mid-90s. I could not tell you the band, the song title or even some of the lyrics. However, I vividly remember the Western theme and Zeus being in the video and being awesome in it RIP big man, you certainly made a memorable impact in the world of wrestling.

RIP big man. He belongs to the greatest era of wrestling.
Loved the survivor series match he was in. Ventura on commentary ripping Hogan was class. And the way they booked him in the match kept his aura while working with his limitations kept him looking strong.
And the visual of him standing in Hogan’s way as he was trying to enter his cage match against Boss man (I think) was so impressive.
And Beefcake Barber always raises a smile with me.

Tiny Lister was a gentle giant for sure. Such a nice and funny person to talk to. He'll be missed in his memorable movie roles and as Zeus. I was lucky to see him a few times in person and just a complete joy. I know we all talk about "No Holds Barred", but he was in a movie with another WWE Hall of Famer, Roddy Piper, in the cinematic awesomeness known as "Immortal Combat". lol. It's a cheesy kung-fu type movie but you haven't had fun until you see Roddy and Zeus drink a lot on a boat messing with passengers. And he wore such a nice hat!
Rest in Peace Tiny.
