I want to create an Ultimate Edition Luke Harper w/ custom removable tops, jeans, heads, and hands
what body choice should i use for this?

Here's what I'd do. I'd get the Elite 29 Luke Harper (the best one in my opinion). I'd cut off that rubber shirt and add a cloth shirt. I'd put on WALTER's arms. I'd get multiple Luke Harper heads and trim up the hole inside the heads to make it swappable. You can just put on any hands you want basically. For removeable jeans I got nothing.
