2021 What Did You Buy and Talk

I'm also beyond frustrated but the blame falls on Mattel for this. Because of them we are screwed with late or possibly canceled orders and a potential fee if we cancel and also his business will also suffer with negative reviews and perception and potential stock he might eventually get but now won't be able to sell. I don't want to keep defending him while also on the verge of canceling myself but I can still see all sides of the argument. Mattel is a crapcompany that cannot even get orders fulfilled properly for big chain retailers and certainly doesn't care about smaller stores considering he has been unable to get information and responses from them.

I've basically given up hope with that site, never ordering from there again. How would you cancel pre orders??

I feel your pain guys, I don't know what's the deal there. He gets on facebook and posts a complete thesis on why they are so back-logged almost every other day, keep telling us to check the website for latest info, but forever things are static at "(PRE-ORDER) ESTIMATED ARRIVAL JANUARY 2021" - Like if you're going to force us to check the website, why don't you update the website? Take down January, change it to May or something. Nothing for this long a time is incredibly frustrating. And he's so back-logged yet every single day he's advertising new pre-orders...I don't get it.

There's a risk with running preorders and as an outsider looking in, this guy seems to think he should take no risk. At this point, based on his social media posts that I have creeped, the guy has a terrible attitude. Embarrassing really.

No matter what the issue is or who is to blame, people have been waiting an unreasonable amount of time. You should offer to fix the situation for customer retention, rather than guilting people into keeping their orders and threatening cancellation fees, and talking like some wannabe big shot on Facebook. The orders haven't come in, they haven't been updated on the site, and people have been more than patient. Let them cancel and apologize and move on. Don't do business with Mattel for WWE products again and stop offering countless streams of preorders that might not come, and only posting updates on your existing customers' orders when they complain.

I don't have a dog in this race but as someone who has followed every step of the way on here, I now know better than to deal with NMC. I don't want to wait 9+ months for figures. I'm also not convinced this is only regarding WWE product.

Yeah, he'll be out some money, but judging by his Facebook he seems to think losing any amount on this is unacceptable. Cancel the orders, do your best to satisfy your customers, and stop being so passive aggressive. Otherwise you're holding customers' money hostage and demanding they stick to their long overdue orders and if they do, they will not be returning. The guy wants it both ways, or all the ways.

I feel like if the figures haven't arrived by 2023, he will still be threatening cancellation fees and shaming his customers. I will be straight up shocked if anyone gets their figures from him in the end.

so how do you guys feel about the Jurassic Express exclusive...or more specifically on the insane shipping options?? the cheapest was FedEx ground at $36USD and the cheapest international post for 6-10 day delivery was $41 USD. Add that to the $54 price tag (and don't forget your 10% discount) and it still sucks....what gives with the insane shipping???
