2021 What Did You Buy and Talk

do any of my fellow canucks collect Mythic Legions? the aftermarket is ridiculous and I know you have to get in on the pre-orders, but is it like Masters of the Universe Classics? 4 Horsemen look like they use the same buck.

They photograph amazingly and I've been watching youtube videos like crazy, but that's an expensive rabbit hole to go down. Thoughts?

Picked up the the Legends 9 set at a Toys r us in Calgary. They had one of each of the others minus the variant DiBiase.
I'm also a little worried about the Legends Beefcake/DDP not coming up to Canada, the production problem seems strange.

I've used them before. It should be around 20 to 35 depending on how many figures you've ordered. Not bad especially if you got free shipping from ringside

Got the AEW series 5 luchasaurus and Jungle Boy in from RSC.

luchasaurus is incredible. I’ve bought the entire unrivaled line so far and he may be my favorite.

Got an extra one for my son who is over the moon excited as well. A huge hit all around.

Would be odd if they just included 1 Matt in that case. More probable that they got a case and someone took everyone but Matt.

"We continue to be understaffed as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and the third lockdown/stay at home order that Toronto is currently under. We will hopefully be able to have additional help in 1-2 weeks as someone I already interact with (and therefore there are no concerns regarding covid-19) will have the ability to help us out. If you need to follow up on a request ensure you reply inline with the existing email chain and DO NOT create a new email.
As of right now the support ticket system is causing more problems than it’s solving due to the existing support backlog and we will be phasing it out. Please do not submit a new support ticket using that system as it may take us an incredibly long time to answer it. The support system will remain active in order to respond to and view existing tickets. If you submit a new ticket we cannot guarantee it will be answered. We will be transitioning to a multi-layered email system that will allow people to send specific requests to specific inboxes facilitating supports ability to get through these communications.

Any attempt to contact sales@nmctoys.ca for issues outside of the above will go unanswered. DO NOT contact sales with inquiries regarding the ETA of pre-order products.
I cannot stress this enough, emails to sales@nmctoys.ca that do not directly involve the above will NOT be answered. For all of your other customer support needs you must contact customer support. Only contact sales if you have a refund request, want to follow up on a shipment, have your locker shipped out, combine an order, schedule a pick up, or change your address. May 27th:
"Support Update:
Still working through support backlog. Please ensure you have read the pinned post. Far too many people are still submitting new tickets and I’m still getting a lot of people complaining about not being responded to for refund requests that aren’t emailing sales@nmctoys.ca.
It’s important to email the right place as support remains backlogged. If the cancellation email is not sent to the right place it’s going to take longer to get a response.
New support employee is now being trained. She is going to have a lot more time to dedicate to this than the existing support employee was able to. That being said she’s going to have a lot of questions early on and this is going to slow down response rate.
Long term this is a move in the right direction however things will remain backlogged for the near future as improvements won’t be instant.
In addition keep in mind that even though I am being emailed cancellation requests directly I am currently juggling a lot of hats while understaffed. These refunds will not be instant. Generally speaking I try to catch up on outstanding admin requests like cancellations during the weekend. As we continue to get caught up this process will resolve itself faster and faster.

Looks like the Leafs are in the process of choking yet again. Time to do some retailer therapy and treat yo shelf with some figures! 😂
On a more serious note support is still working through the backlog. It’s a lengthy process as there are a lot of people who submitted multiple requests via separate new emails or new support tickets or contacted me directly for a resolution.
A lot of you might get emails for issues that have already been resolved. If so please disregard them. There isn’t really any way to avoid that from happening at this point in time. We’re trying to catch them but a few will inevitably squeak through.

Picked up Triple h & Jeff Hardy Elite 2pack at Toysrus Regent in Winnipeg!!!

I had a wierd order from Amazon. Ordered eight figures and one of them was bubble wrapped with a sticker that said gift on it. I didn't use the gift option for any of them so that was a head scratcher. Pretty sure most of the boxes were fine but I open anyways.
