King Kong Bundy!!!
I didn't see it mentioned here yet, but Matt and Brian just said in this week's show, that Zombie would be announcing it "tomarow" I think? Meaning Saturday? As the podcast drops to the public on Friday.
But, how sweet is Bundy!
I think this actually may edge out Dino for my most wanted so far. As they said, since he never really changed his look, you could probably fit this in anywhere from 86' and fueding with Hogan to WM11 1995 Bundy.

Was an incredible addition. Bundy to go with Hulk! This will also be a very unique sculp just with his body shape alone.

Yeah, I mean so far, I don't think it looks like there's been any particular mold used more than once if I'm not mistaken? But, honestly, if it mean the ability to do more guys w/out the cost of unique molds, I'd be fine if Zombie made one fat guy mold and re-used it for anyone else that comes on board with a similar body. Vader, Quake, Bundy, and others. It seemed to work fine for Hasbro.

Ron Rudat sketch pics of King Kong Bundy just on Twitter and Instagram.
And Zombie has pretty much ruled out U.K. shipping.

He missed out on getting a Hasbro when the line ended, so this makes a great addition for those wanting to expand 1995 like what Mattel did with Diesel and Goldust.

Bundy sketch looks cool, but I guess with UK shipping almost certainly being ruled out that effectively rules me out of buying any of them.

Bundy looks awesome - as do Brawler, Earl & Dino. But with no U.K. shipping, looks like I’ll stick to making customs of these guys 👎🏻

same, he's just confirmed UK shipping will not be an option (despite clear methods via eBay etc....) so like others, I'll skip this line too
and definitely won't be clamouring for eBay scalpers, I'll just wait to see what Mattel release as part of the official return of Retros

Unbelievable. I was on the fence about this line and admittedly there are a few figures I would have loved to own. But Zombie has effectively made the decision for me. I won’t be in on this line at all. But I can still appreciate the product. Wishing him well.

Do you have a source? He’s said on Twitter that it “isn’t looking likely” for UK shipping, which isn’t a surprise at this point after all that has been discussed. He’s explained that it is due to the UK government’s VAT requirements, though I’ve not seen a response from him to people who have asked why he isn’t offering the line to the UK through eBay or a sales partner in the UK. But I appreciate that he’s given us some warning on this before the preorders go up - at least we know now.

As you said at least we know and can make up our own minds going forward. For myself there has been a lot of red flags for this line which I have detailed so don’t need repeated. I really feel for all the uk fans who wanted access to this line of figures. End of the day his company he can do as he pleases. I am more than happy with sticking with Mattel and Chella going forward.

The VAT thing makes no sense to me. Someone please explain. He's not going to be selling/shipping hundreds of these to the UK. Dozens at most. Just treat UK orders individually and have the buyer pay all the required shipping/fee costs.

Dino bravo had me wanting to get in, but the overall picture of price, communication and shipping costs have made me decide not to get started.
I love the look of the figures and more makers the better, so that’s a positive especially for people in the states. I do think that limiting them to a set number and the combination of not shipping to the UK and being somewhat passive aggressive to people asking on Twitter may turn a few people off though. Time will tell.

I think a lot of the sketches look amazing -- but that's not too surprising, since they're drawn by Rudat. They really look like Hasbros. It will all depend on the execution...

The good thing about making these US exclusives is that they may be available a little longer. 😂 Kidding aside I really wish hin well but hate the continuous ignoring of international collectors. The world is not only USA. It’s also why I stopped following Jason Wulf. I don’t like that mentality. If you really want to, you can.

I know the world has changed significantly since the 1980s but had the same frustrations with Transformers and Action Force/GI Joe back then. There would be countless toys available in the US (and other overseas markets) but not in the UK. My friend's Dad would be on business in America and/or Singapore and bring him (and me) vehicles/figures/etc not on-sale in the UK and you'd get the leaflets showing all the other stuff not in this country.
