Bundy art was shown this morning.
Looks spot-on, very similar to Earthquake/Typhoon type body from the looks of the sketch.
I did notice one thing Zombie mentioned though when someone asked about being sold individual or in sets, and he replied something to the effect of some individual, some sets.
I hope he further elaborates. That kinda scares me a bit. I'm sure there aren't a ton of collectors who will want every single guy being made. Especially for the collectors who aren't into the MWFP guys.
I know alot of ppl here are saying they just want Bundy, Bravo, Earl (probably in blue) that just want the Hasbro era guys.
I want more than that, but have no interest in the indy guys (outside the MWFP names), and a few others if they in no way fit into my WWF or WCW fandom.

Well, shit. It's his company, his decisions and that's completely fine. But if that's how you want to do business, I'm glad you're not getting a penny from me.

Bravo is a big want but Bundy is a must purchase for me. Brawler might be on par with Bravo for me. Earl is tempting but I already have a good, expensive custom that looks nearly the same as the drawings...so I will probably pass on the blue shirt version.
On the fence about Sabu and Danhausen. Think I will be passing on Hawkins, Cardona, Mark Sterling, Swoggle, Sullivan, Enzo, and Bruiser Brody.

Question...
If Zombie is releasing a Bravo, Sabu, RnR, Bundy etc and Chella is making a Dynamite Kid does that mean that Mattel cannot make these characters??

I doubt those stars or their estates would sign exclusive deals with ZST. Nor would he even try that. imagine Sabu getting suckered into a ZST deal when WWE wanted to induct him into the HOF next year or start pushing some og ecw merch to include a Mattel line. Sorry Sabu you’re mine!

I don't understand why he doesn't jutt say "I don't know yet" -- or give the real answer if he does. Both would be so much more satisfying to his potential customers.

It means they’re not currently signed with WWE so at the moment Mattel wouldn’t be able to make these characters. It doesn’t mean they couldn’t be signed by WWE allowing Mattel the opportunity to work on figures of them in the future.

We also do not know the wording of the contracts. Zombie may seem like a hotdog and a handshake kind of guy on the surface but I have a feeling he is a Clarence Mason behind the scenes. It is very possible that these deals are to make figures of these people but there is no indication if he is being giving the exclusive rights to make their figures/that style.

Of what we currently know, I think I'd like to get: 2x each of: Bundy, Bravo, Cardona, Myers 1x each of. Blue shirt Hebner, Brawler, Silver Balls, Swoggle, Sullivan, RnR But, I guess I'll have to wait and see on final pricing, release info and if we see packaging art or not before they go up for orders. And now that I'm thinking about it as a total psychopath, I may need 3 of Bundy, 1 to keep MOC, 1 to display with 86/87 era guys and 1 to display with guys from 95.

So apparently he’s signed another legend, who’s never had an action figure before.
So who do we think it is?
Paul Roma?....

There’s a lot signed for a new toy line for someone who’s not released toys before.
Not a criticism just an observation. I’d think s short series 1 of 3 or so to iron out wrinkles and get e writhing fully operational then ramp up from there.
No matter how much planning and prep is put in things still go wrong, we see this with experienced oriole like Mattel and the aew figures etc

That's a good point. He's invested A LOT up front; high risk, high reward I guess
