I would absolutely go out of my way to avoid making more money if it created even more work/more headaches for my business which already has a lot going on. With the existence of the secondary market, I wouldn’t be too worried about a vocal minority who will eventually pipe down when they don’t get what they want. Land mass is not a proper visual representation but it fits into the conversion as it is a good enough example.  There is a VAST difference in market size...UK collectors really are a small segment (even smaller when you consider how many will buy even a handful of these). If it is worth it to him, he will do it. But until he says how or why he won’t...just drop it. Stop spamming the thread with the same complaint. Go address him directly and stop whining in here. Be proactive about it. Ironically go on the Mattel’s forum and see people in the states and see people in the states crying they can’t find Kama etc when we can in smyths. Yet at least they have s chance of finding him |

Oh you mean the one people on here from the uk offered to pre order and send just for the cost of shipping to help people out who were not from where it was produced rather than calling people out who are disappointed? Wonder if people will be as willing to help out with future uk exclusives? |

And that’s the thing I deal with people in the status all the time and help them out also, I can easily get Zombies figures, but this is not just about me, there are many many others who would like just the opportunity to buy into this line of figures at a fair price point. |

It isn’t ideal or convenient a lot of the time but it is understandable. This is where someone should become proactive. It isn’t new conversation if you are just repeating the same thing over and over. Understand what spam is and how you are playing a part in it. It comes across like you can’t take a hint. If someone doesn’t want to answer something, they have their reasons. They don’t owe you anything. You should drop the issue in here instead of bringing it up again and again. That is not a discussion - that is a sign of a mental disorder. If that is your case then I do apologize. That’s a real shame that you were stumped by the quoted comment. If an individual lacks the creativity to find a way to obtain these for themselves or to distribute, that’s a shame but that is also their own problem. Until there is real news from ZST in regards to his plan to sell items, it isn’t adding to the discussion of this line which was the intended purpose of this thread. Incredible. Again I can obtain these figures as I deal with a lot of sellers from the states, but the point here is again an issue of equity in this day and age. Your free to have you viewpoint, I disagree with it 100% but I will never say your not entitled to it or encouraged you not to speak out. Again I am not the only voice in this, but you have singled out my comments, which leads me to feel you have a personal issue here. The fact that the same issues are consistently highlighted is done so as a means to find a resolution. This argument is true to some effect. I know of a good UK figure company that has offered to bend over backwards to distribute these in the UK, even means that has no affect on customs and taxes for ZST and he's not going for it. This is of course all hearsay, and things may have changed since I last spoke to said retailer. That's also illegal so probably not the best look when starting out! Certainly not by illegal means. They Literally would have had them shipped to an international distribution centre (MyUS) then have them forwarded on. The retailer pays the customs. But ZST wouldn't even go for that. Hopefully this is the means for how I'll obtain the figures so I'm not going all guns blazing at ZST. Regarding recent developments in the thread it's weird that its turned into some sort of US v UK xenophobia farce. Absolutely uncalled for. And this issue of international distribution is certainly worthy of a debate on a forum |

given there's been much further discussion about "the UK situation", and apparently we're whinging.... that's because many of us would happily pay a small premium (say another $10 per figure) for a UK distribution model
however ZST has confirmed he won't sell to the UK and frankly, I'm not paying $120 or more per figure or more just to buy a Sabu/Dino/Bruiser from eBay resellers who bought them for $40 a piece, it's just not worth it
collecting a rare figure from 20 years ago is different to buying something that is literally on sale right now for a fraction of the eBay price, simply because the retailer can't agree to a deal with a UK distributor, despite apparently having a global marketing campaign through his relationship with a podcast duo to drum up interest in markets he's got no interest in servicing just to say "I'm delivering what the fans want"
meanwhile, a UK husband and wife combo signed the NWA World Champion, is producing the first "Hasbro-styled" female figure, coupled with an exclusive Dynamite figure which directly matches the Hasbro Bulldog, as well as signing a multi-figure deal with Adam Bomb (meaning we're getting Kronik too) and they're producing figures for NJPW stars too, and somehow managed to agree a US sales model which has (on the whole) supplied figures to the other side of the pond and continues to do so
but hey, Zombie's signed another jobber!! WOOT!! literally 50% of ZST's currently announced names are peg warmers at best but he's acting like they're the greatest thing ever
