I'm watching through 1995 currently and I'm wondering what are the best mtches from that year?
Preferably hidden gems. I know that the Ladder rematch was awesome, and the two Brst vs Diesel Matches. Looking for matches outside of the obvious.

Probably a bit on the obvious side, but...
Bret vs Bulldog from December's In Your House was excellent and rivals their SummerSlam 92 bout.
Bret Hart vs Hakushi from the first In Your House is great too. Lawler vs Bret layer that same night is good as well and a fun story.
Other notable ones from 1995...
123 Kid & Bob Holly vs Bam Bam Bigelow & Tatanka from Royal Rumble
Jeff Jarrett vs Razor Ramon from Royal Rumble
Shawn Michaels vs Kama from King Of The Ring
Shawn Michaels vs Jeff Jarrett from In Your House
Hakushi vs 123 Kid from SummerSlam
Bret Hart vs Jean Pierre Lafiet from In Your House

Other notable ones from 1995... 123 Kid & Bob Holly vs Bam Bam Bigelow & Tatanka from Royal Rumble Jeff Jarrett vs Razor Ramon from Royal Rumble Shawn Michaels vs Kama from King Of The Ring Shawn Michaels vs Jeff Jarrett from In Your House Hakushi vs 123 Kid from SummerSlam Bret Hart vs Jean Pierre Lafiet from In Your House I'll second all of these, particularly anything on the list with Bret. He took some absolute trash feuds and had some great matches in '95, relatively speaking. Adding to that: Owen/HBK from 11/20 RAW. The finish is bad, but up until then it's a really fun match. Survivor Series Horowitz, Holly, Hakushi, Jannetty vs Skip, Radford, 123 Kid, Pritchard - for a year where everybody craps on the midcard, this was a pretty good match with basically bottom of the card guys who could all work Shawn/Diesel Wrestlemania I'm also a fan of the 95 Royal Rumble Beyond that? It was arguably one of the worst years in for WWF. Even most of the matches on this list are ones that I'd put closer to good than great. |

Diesel vs Bret Royal Rumble 1995 and Survivor Series 1995. Any Shawn Michaels match. Any Bret Hart match. And hear me out on this one... But I love the Taker/Mabel casket match from In Your House 5. Speaking of IYH 5 Bret/Bulldog is epic.
