Now that Sting's time has come and gone in the WWE, who in your opinion is the biggest star to never work for the WWF/E?
Someone from the territories? Japan? Mexico? Just about everyone has worked at least a few matches in the WWE at this point.
I'm thinking the Great Muta, mainly because I'm not familiar enough with Lucha Libre to have a strong guess.

Easily Muta...There some guys now days in other companies & on the Indy scene that could be honorable mention...as well as some "classic" guys who retired/injured before the door opened for them in WWE but Muta is really the only answer here. He held 3 of the major World Titles, 3 major Tag Titles, won numerous other titles, awards & tournaments. Likely a top 5 or top 10 all timer. Its just a no brainer.

I would have to say The Great Muta comfortably. When you look at his resume? It's him.

Muta for me, I would have loved for him to have been in the WWF during the mid 90s, he would have fit in perfectly with the Fuji/Cornette camp. I would have loved to have seen a match between Muta and Bret, Muta and Shawn, and Muta and Razor - those could have been some great matches.

Misawa, Kobashi, Okada, Tanahashi, Omega, Muta If you wanna get technical, Misawa and Kobashi worked the 1990 supershow with WWF/NJPW/AJPW (Misawa worked as Tiger Mask II) and Omega was part of WWE developmental for a little under a year. The Misawa/Kobashi ones are why I picked Tanahashi, otherwise it'd be one of them.
