Years and years ago I came up with a match. I couldn't tell you what I originally called it. i played it out once in a survivor series match.
It is a 24 man three fall match. The competitors start off in 4 teams of 6 men. The match is one fall, by any means. Whichever team scores the win then splits into three tag teams, and has a triple threat match. Whichever two men win go one to face each other in a one on one match for a title shot or even for the belt itself.
The match seemed appropriate for Survivor Series more than any other PPV. Despite not being a traditional elimination match, it is more within the theme of Survivor Series than any other PPV I've seen in any company.
If it sounds interesting, I may find a way to bring it back in one of my shows.

This is certainly a creative idea! This sort of match reminds me of something I'd see on the Challenge lol.
Go for it, bud.

That is a very cool idea. I'd start with 2 teams of 6 and make it a 12 man match personally (4 teams of 6 trying to win by pin/submission sounds way too cluttered), but the conept's great.

I'm probably going to modify this idea a bit and use it in my fig fed. A damn good idea. I think I'd have it start with 4 teams of 4 (16 men in total) then have the winning team split into 2 teams of 2 and the winning team goes 1v1 in a stipulation match of some sort. I don't really know what I'd call it though.
