I don't know much about this Savage and Perfect together, did they have anymore matches after Survivor Series 1992?

I wonder what would have happened if Warrior never left the WWF in late 1992?? Would Mr. Perfect came back as a heel with Razor and Flair?? Would Perfect still go face to feud with them?? Would Perfect even come back at all??

What I wouldve did is have Perfect accidently cost Flair/Ramon at SSeries with him then being kicked out turning face in the process. This would result in him returning to the ring at the Rumble where you have him and Flair eliminate each other then have the big showdown at Mania in the loser leaves WWF match.I know Flair left in February but maybe they can extend his deal just for the match in Vegas. Not sure where that leaves Luger though.

I always felt that after the Ultimate Maniacs worked with Flair and Razor, their next opponents would have been Money Inc. I wonder with Warrior leaving and Savage being in the booth more and more, did Vince bring Hogan and Beefcake back to take their place. I could definitely see them facing Money Inc. for the tag titles eventually, they did set this up with their match against each other on SNME in 1992. I also agree with The Brain , I think had the Ultimate Maniacs stayed together, I think Perfect causes Flair/Razor to lose at Survivor Series causing friction between Flair/Heenan/Razor and Perfect. Then you have Flair insult Perfect on TV (in a backhanded compliment kind of way) all the way up to Royal Rumble 93. I would have Bret and Flair face off one more time for the gold at RR93, have Perfect finally get fed up with Flair and Heenan (sorry The Brain ), and turn on Flair here and help Hart win the match. Then they could do a loser leaves town match between Flair and Perfect. I like the idea of Flair vs Perfect at WM9 in the loser leaves town match. If they couldn't wait, because Flair wanted to leave, have the match like they did on Raw with Perfect winning. Then, at WM9, I would have had Perfect vs Razor, and put Luger vs Backlund. They could use Luger vs Backlund as a set up for Luger vs Bret (which looks like the route they were going before Hogan), with Luger beating Backlund, that could show that Luger could beat a "wrestler" and is ready for Bret. That added with Luger attacking Bret at the press conference or luncheon earlier that day (of WM) you have a good feud going forward.

Nasty Boys said during a virtual signing a little while back they were pegged to face Money Inc at Mania before Vince brought back Hogan. They had a feud going there stemming from late 92 so I can see it being true.

OR i have a few other scenerios i would LOVE to have seen: we coulda had him and savage have a little thing goin with luger messing with him on raw and savage taking on the narcisisst at mania! then savage gets a spot on the card as well. or the model rick martel, who had nothing going on after the tatanka fued ended at survivor series 92, takes offense to luger thinking he's all that great lookin and we get a bit of a heel heel match with luger vs martel. or maybe warrior fueds with luger and we get this big match at mania! I love all 3 to be honest!

I'm also really shocked Flair left when he did considering he could've had himself a nice WrestleMania payday if he stuck around just a few more months.
As for Mr. Perfect, you can tell they rushed him back as it took him a bit into 1993 to shake off the rust and get back to form.

Flair leaving probably went down as follows.
Vince tells him he wont be featuring him at the top of the card anymore as he leaps headlong into the New Generation stuff and tells him he can go talk to WCW if he likes..no problems go do your thing.
Flair probably makes enquiries straight away and WCW are only too delighted to have him return...probably happened very quickly. Id say the deal was done quick and likely wasnt going to wait on him to do WM.

Flair really wasn't a WWF guy. He was great but his style just never fit with WWF at anytime, IMO. I know Flair was only in his early 40s but he looked like someone's grandpop. He looked like he was Bruno Sammartino, a once great wrestler from the 60s and 70s even though he wasn't. His style and look was way more suited to WCW.
Perfect I think would be changed to face eventually. He was such a talented guy that fans would want to be cheering him. It sucks WWF turned him time after time in the mid 1990s because he should have been cheered but I think he felt best as heel. I think Vince liked Perfect a lot and probably wanted him around as long as he could. But he also probably wanted to keep him like Macho Man-away from the ring-but he didn't want that and eventually went to WCW.
