I think if you used the head scan of basic 59 or 43 Eva Marie, it would look like Linda. This face has the cheeks bones and a smother jaw line that would fit as Linda; once you swap the hairstyle and change her eyebrow design of course lol Ok, I tried to photoshop the paint job (very roughtly, no you don't get to see) and if you take her hair off, resculpt it, and give her a full facial repaint including making her eyes bigger, then yes, the end result does look like Linda.
It's not perfect mind you, but it's better than what I have now. Also, my photoshop skills are trash when it comes to freehand so I'm sure once I would get to sculpting, it would come out better. The very big question that would make or break it is... does she have an ear hidden under that big red hair. Because Mattel has been known to skimp on ears before if they know they'll be covered. Linda's hairstyle shows her ears, so if Eva doesn't have a left ear that matches her right, it won't work unless I also sculpt an ear, which I'm not sure I'm that good at sculpting.
You can ask that question on the "Picture request" or "Fix up" thread. If I had the figure I would check. I didnt know Mattel did that to certain ears.

Just recently there was an example of a figure shown that had hair mostly covering the ears but, when looked at closely, you realized they didn't fully sculpt his ears because they were hidden by the hair. I can't remember which figure it was, but once pointed out, you couldn't unsee it.
I haven't done any hair swaps personally to know beyond that, but that one example serves as proof of concept to me.

UPDATE! Custom Kicks Summerslam 2017 So, the rest of the figure is still a work in progress. I need to clean him up a bit and try and reclaim my "photobooth".
But I wanted to post my less-than-stellar attempt at painting Shane's custom kicks from Summerslam 2017 (when he was special guest referee)
In a perfect world, I'd use decals for the $$s and the Jordan Logos but I have no experience doing water transfer decals so I figured I'd just paint them for the moment.
Anyway, just a small update.
EDIT TO ADD: The rest of the figure needs cleaned up because I had to repaint more than just the shoes. When he arrived, the box was mangled and he had damage. I need to finish touching up the rubbed paint, plus give the pants a fresh coat of black.

NEW CUSTOM Updated 4/7/2021
Summerslam Referee Shane McMahon (Repaint)
I know this doesn't seem like much of a custom, but three things.
1. The shoes. Good lord the shoes. That's my second pair of Jordans I painted and it wasn't any easier than the first one. 2. It may not look it, but I had to give this figure almost a full repaint. When he arrived, he had scuff marks and serious paint imperfections. I had to re-line his entire shirt to correct the issues. And then I went over his pants in a coat of black to cover the white smudge marks my grubby fingers left. AND THEN I repainted his hair. 3. I acetoned off the facial hair. It looks cleaner without it.
He's not perfect, but he'll do for now. All things considered, he looks better than he did when I started.

Happy 1-year Anniversary of my favorite thread of all time the MOC LJN Warrior Thread! I wish it didn’t get locked last year. Would love to hear the updates on your friend, his interesting life and perhaps the resurrection of the Black Card Warrior from one of the boxes in his room!

Oh geez, you are never letting me live that mess down, are you... Ok, so update on this which will likely be the last one as I cut the jerk from my life in January.
Last time I spoke to him, he had gotten through four boxes of about nine with no luck finding it. Then he quit because I stopped doing him endless favors for free.
He inherited an old laptop from his late fiance. So finally he had a computer. He was considering getting internet, but unsure. By the time Family Video closed, he owned more DVDs then they did.
Outside of that, not much else changed other than his personality and behavior which I'm not getting into. I am never getting that warrior (if he did have it) because I'm never speaking to him again.
Anyway, this concludes the story of "Shanieomaniac, the Cryptid, and the MOC Warrior." Sorry it didn't have a happy ending although I'm glad the memory of it still brings you joy.
Oh, and to answer the question about WMX7 Shane? I'd love to make one. I just don't know how to work decals yet. Once I learn how to properly apply decals, it's at the top of my list.
But first...
(stay tuned shortly)

UPDATED 4/21/2021 RAW Underground Shane McMahon Parts:
Head: Battle Pack 46 Shane Body: Battle Pack 66 Shane (w/ shirt piece removed) Full repaint. So this one was literally me just messing around with parts. I have a number of those basic Shane bodies and wondered if I could make something out of one. It's a bit of a mash-up, and I'm only showing an artistic design right now because I don't have proper lighting to make him look good without the grunge filter. (I need a ring lamp before I show him off properly.) He's not perfect, but he's decent enough for the time being. For the record, this is my third pair of shoes I've painted (the filthy look is painted on all his clothes, it's not just the filter) and I am really beginning to hate shoes. Anyway, this is what I've got for now. A new Stephanie is coming in the mail to try and make WMX7 (since I decided against using the previous one I bought) and I'm going to be making a jacketless Corporate Shane soon as well. Thanks for looking!

So, it's been a hot minute since I updated, and that's on me.
But for now, have some WIP Photos!
WIP - "Daddy's Girl" Stephanie McMahon Recipe is a Nikki Bella torso and arms (don't remember which) and a Suited Stephanie legs.
I'm stating now that my reference photos for this attire (Wrestlemania X-Seven) were pretty poor. 2001 was long before HD and, as she wasn't the focus of the match and always in the background or in motion, it was hard to get good, clear shots of the details.
There's a ton of sculpting work I did here. The belt and bracelet, obviously, but I also modified the sleeves and boots and filled out her midsection a bunch so it didn't look like I just painted over bare skin. Oh, and the back lettering is sadly hand painted because I don't know how to do decals nor do I have access to the sheets to make them.
I need to clean up the paint job a bit but I'm pretty happy with this. The head, however, needs a full makeover. I need to repaint her face as well as sculpt and paint a new head of hair on her. I'm going to be using the Milk-O-Mania Steph head (the pre-milk one) but her hair is way too far off for my liking on that sculpt. So, sometime soon, I hope to cut off all her existing hair and sculpt it new. We'll see how well that turns out. Anyway, I just wanted to show off the body at this point. Pretty happy with how this turned out. Once I tidy it up a bit and do the head, she'll be golden.

New Custom!
"Cocky 'Heat' Announcer" Shane McMahon Recipe: Body: Battle Pack 46 Shane (Full Repaint w/ Resculpted Legs) Head: WM15 Basic Shane (touched up)
Feet: I think they came from a Stone Cold figure. No idea. Sunglasses: Modified Aiden English shades. Headset: I believe it's from a Jakks Coach figure.
I should start this by saying that I finally sprung for quality brushes, rather than the craft brushes and craptastic knock-off mini brushes. And goodness what a difference does it make! Painting those jeans was almost a religious experience! Besides that, the most complex thing here was below the knees. I had to take off the Jordans, and then grind down the pant legs. Then I had to resculpt them. I think I did ok. Technically, the photo I got this outfit from he was wearing brown boots, but I just didn't have the resources for that. Plus, the pegs weren't compatible. Although, in person, his shoes are brown. I just have crap lighting and you can't see the brown.
Anyway, thanks for looking!
Edit to add: I just realize I forgot to paint his belt. I'll have to do that later.

Ever looked at a Work In Progress so long it makes you sick and you decide "I'm either finishing this tonight or I'm throwing it in the trashcan"? Well, this is that. Presenting... "Daddy's Little Girl" Stephanie McMahon (From WrestleMania X-Seven)
Recipe Torso/Arms: Nikki Bella Elite (No idea which one at this point) Legs: Suited Stephanie Basic (One of the "elite" ones) Head: Milk-O-Mania Steph Hair: Elite 92 CharlotteThe body has the bracelet and belt sculpted, plus the sleeves are sculpted on as well as the boots sculpted on. Also, I sculpted the torso to be bulkier so she looked like she was wearing a shirt. The hair has some sculpting on it to make it fit the head better. Look, I hate this. Mainly, I hate the head. I'm proud of the body. The head is trash I am never doing a hairswap again And I still suck at painting faces. If you want a picture of the back, it's above this on the thread. I didn't change it from that. My phone died. Anyway, like I said, I was sick of looking at this so I figured, what the hell, I'm throwing a head together. It works. I have a couple other figures in the pipeline but nothing in any real stage of completion yet. I need more skills and more parts, honestly.
