I don't know a lot about how the business works, is there any chance we'll get Impact figures any time soon? I got back into AEW, but I almost am enjoying Impact more at this point (especially the women's division).

Huge fan of Impact and their women's division myself.
It's not impossible, but probably not very likely. Even for something that isn't meant to be a retail product, like Super 7's NJPW line or Boss Fight's Lucha line, they have bigger stars to drive sales. Impact has sort of carved out their niche having a rotating cast with a really strong women's division and cruiserweights. The fact that talent often cycle through in a year or two make it tough when you have to plan a toy line 9-12 months in advance.
Impact has had a number of Micro Brawlers through Pro Wrestling Tees. Unfortunately they're all sold out (Taya and Rhino may still be on ShopImpact) so you're going to pay secondary market prices. Totally different than 6in figures obviously. But it's something if you want to collect figures of their roster.

Slim to none, but you can have a nice TNA/Impact collection of guys from 2010-2016 by Mattel with Sting Kurt Angle Hulk Hogan Ric Flair AJ Styles Samoa Joe Mick Foley Rob Van Dam Bobby Roode Eric Young Hardy Boyz Austin Aries Dudley Boyz Bobby Lashley EC3 Drake Maverick Drew McIntyre Mike Bennett Zelina Vega Mia Yim Mickie James

No -- these won't be made. Impact is way too small and niche a product to get a big action figure line from a quality company. As someone else said, maybe a few individual figures from Super 7. Otherwise, you'd be left with something really crappy like the company that makes ROH (sorry -- but it's the truth. Those 'figures' are really horrible)

Only if AEW and they continue their working relationship and Jeremy and Tony decide to add a little spice to a lineup.

I really enjoyed the Jakks TNA Deluxe line. Even for today's standards, those figures were great. Abyss, Foley, Angle, and Sting stand out in my mind as some of the best. Of course with Jakks, they were huge and out of scale, but still really nice figures.

The working agreements almost certainly don't come with any sort of merch deal, so I don't see any way AEW could backdoor the Impact talent into their line and really don't see why they would when there's still a lot of the AEW roster and the legends we've been promises as well that they need to cover.

For the past 12-18 months I’ve watched impact more than anything else
In the covid era their presentation had been the best imo. I also like their style, not pretending other promotions don’t exist. Perfect example when cardona debuted they referenced he and Bryan being wwe tag champs by referencing the actual company name. Only the other week striker referenced knowing them since their start which is true since he gave the name majors (later changed to major).
Hopefully their exclusive brawlers will give an idea of potential for figures. If they sell out, including the variants on wrestlers on websites then that indicates there may be a small market.

The week Kenny first showed up after winning the AEW Title I skimmed through the episode, and I couldn’t get over the silence and emptiness. WWE and AEW have well established their situations since the spring and going back to nothing is no bueno for me. Not to mention I have no interest or motivation to watch IW, so that is part of it too.
