It would be nice if when figures are delayed this long (over a month from the original date) you would go ahead and ship other figures that were ordered at the same time that are in stock.

Our dates are estimates and can vary by a couple of weeks depending on the shipping carrier/customs/port backlogs/other random issues, etc. We greatly appreciate your patience and hope to have them soon. Also, if you’re like me you can be out of work for two weeks resting and recuperating from surgery to get rid of blood clots in your chest from Covid...that’s ALWAYS fun!

The delay is fine and understandable, the problem is when you've already delayed a product once and then continue to further delay it, it's generally considered a good idea to let people know there are further delays. I shouldn't have to go to a message board to find out about it and the board being ran be RSC is irrelevant because I should have been told this by RSC in the first place. Y'all act like I'm spamming the boards asking every day where my crapis lol.
Hell it's been so long that I just got a delivery confirmation request asking if I got it or not and to contact them if I hadn't 😂.

I'm not blaming RSC for the delay, I'm blaming them for lack of communication on the issue. Once again the delay is understandable. 2. Go reread my original statement. This isnt something people should have to check the board to find out 3. It absolutely is, the date of the order it is inquiring about is the exact date I placed my order and I hadn't ordered anything since 3 months before that date and haven't ordered anything from then till now. It couldn't be anything else.

And also whoever the company is that does the survey after you place your order. They’ll send a follow up email/survey asking if you received your order. And if not contact them. That said back on Jan 8 RSC sent an email saying it was delayed and would hopefully Have it mid March. And would ship it as soon as they receive it. So that was good enough for me. I know they have no control to when they receive it. They did notify us and said it will ship as soon as they receive it. That was all I needed.

An email giving an estimated time frame 3 months ago with no follow up even well past the estimated time is a little ridiculous to me, sorry. I don't know how many times I have to state this but the delay itself is understandable and I have no problem with it. People keep mentioning this is RSCs board and have yet to figure out the reason I'm bringing this up is because I want RSC to see it and hopefully improve. Me just cancelling my order does nothing and sends 0 message.

I don’t of any online retailer that follows up with me on preorders. I have or had stuff from Big Bad, EE, Target, Walmart, NECA, etc on preorder for months and the most I’ve ever gotten was maybe an email saying it was delayed or canceled. Never an explanation as to why. And honestly, never needed an email saying it was delayed cuz if the estimated ship date has came and went then it’s pretty obvious that’s it’s delayed.
