Not RSC personally but If you pay via PayPal after a while you are set an email asking if the product was received. I have had that a couple times over the years. And also whoever the company is that does the survey after you place your order. They’ll send a follow up email/survey asking if you received your order. And if not contact them. That said back on Jan 8 RSC sent an email saying it was delayed and would hopefully Have it mid March. And would ship it as soon as they receive it. So that was good enough for me. I know they have no control to when they receive it. They did notify us and said it will ship as soon as they receive it. That was all I needed. An email giving an estimated time frame 3 months ago with no follow up even well past the estimated time is a little ridiculous to me, sorry. I don't know how many times I have to state this but the delay itself is understandable and I have no problem with it. People keep mentioning this is RSCs board and have yet to figure out the reason I'm bringing this up is because I want RSC to see it and hopefully improve. Me just cancelling my order does nothing and sends 0 message. Listen man....I was on here with the same question you initially had .....I read everyone’s response, I’ve read RSC’s responses & I shut up about it....RSC has been very clear with their updates/responses in this thread, they clearly stated there is a delay at the ports which means it is out of their control .....they cannot ship something they do not have yet & them coming on here to leave an update for you or us every single day is pointless when there’s nothing new to say about the situation.....it’ll be here when it’s here & not a moment before....RSC is great about getting orders out in a timely manner when their shipment comes in so if you’re worried about being ripped off or something don’t be....they have more customers than just us here on this forum & they have more products than just this Warrior figure to ship out everyday.....Relax bro, patience is a virtue & good things come to those who wait

lmao just because someone points out bad business practices doesn't mean they are impatient or whining. The delay is fine and understandable, the problem is when you've already delayed a product once and then continue to further delay it, it's generally considered a good idea to let people know there are further delays. I shouldn't have to go to a message board to find out about it and the board being ran be RSC is irrelevant because I should have been told this by RSC in the first place. Y'all act like I'm spamming the boards asking every day where my crap is lol. Hell it's been so long that I just got a delivery confirmation request asking if I got it or not and to contact them if I hadn't 😂. I’m sorry they don’t understand you. I don’t get why people will run to the ends of the earth to defend a business that doesn’t care about them except for their money. Once they passed the mid March expectancy date they should have sent out another email regarding it. Just like you said, it’s not being impatient or whiny wanting a business to do better. You paid for the product, it’s rightfully yours, and there’s no shame in wanting the company you bought it from to simply update you with more details about the delay or when they expect it this time. For those that don’t get it, he is saying that the delay is not the issue, it’s the lack of communication from RSC.

I get it but I don’t agree with it. They said in the Jan email that they hoped it would arrive by mid-March and would ship it as soon as they receive it. That is all I needed to hear. I don’t need a daily or weekly email update saying it’s still not in and they’ll ship it as soon as it comes in.

"This item was scheduled for Late-February but has been pushed back. We've been told we can now expect to receive them around Mid-March. Please be aware this delay is completely out of our control. We apologize for any inconvenience" No where does it say they will ship them when they get them. All we were given was a time frame that is now well passed. The idea that they can't up date us because they don't know when they are getting them is laughable. They know right now that it's delayed further. They knew when they didn't have them mid March it was going to be delayed further. Its not an excuse.

I get personal e-mails from them all the time when my orders are delayed, telling me how exponentially sorry they are, how much they appreciate my business, and how blessed they are to have such a successful and handsome person such as myself among their clientele. I figured everyone got that.
The Warrior figs are probably at the bottom of the Suez Canal somewhere, tbh.

I have no problem with ringside they ship items out as fast as possible, it’s the absolutely horrible shipping of fedex that irks me, my karrion kross has been sitting for days at a time since it shipped last Thursday.

Where are you located? It could be on a train or trailer going across the country. And you won’t see any update until that trailer is unloaded at the next FedEx hub it’s scheduled to stop at. Especially if you used FedEx ground or whatever their “smart post” service is where FedEx only takes it to you PO and then the USPS delivers it.

Was it regular FedEx or the Ground service? And did they actually pick it up Thursday or did it say a “label was created”? If it was the latter it could have been picked up Friday, but then just sat at the FedEx hub for the weekend I don’t think they have weekend hub shifts. At least that wasn’t a thing when I was still working at UPS. All the shipping carriers only had weekend sort hours during peak season. So it might not have moved until Monday, but there should have been an updated by now.

I’ve been on this forum for a while now & I’ve had numerous orders from RSC some of which have been delayed but I have never received anything like this even with the delay of the Warrior figure....Also I don’t recall ever even getting an email about a delay....how did you get this?
