Steve Austin UE just isn't that "stunning." First they make me buy a 2 pack basic to get the Rock elbow pads that should have been included in the ultimate, now they include just the same stuff we've gotten before with this Austin? Having the skull on the back of the shirt is very cool, granted, i dig that, but we've gotten the Austin 3:16 shirt multiple times before. I was hoping for either of these shirts. One of which is still available on wweshop, the other was worn during the stunner heard round the world. Hopefully this will be the last time we see the Austin 3:16 shirt and they move on to some other designs. The dude had a lot. Same thing with the vest. Had it before, only this time with zero improvements. They put "Hell Yeah" on a basic shirt, why can't we have the Hell Yeah vest? And no cans? easy small accessory. Also would have liked to have seen a bloody WM13 head. And for saying Mattel cant do blood, idk if there's any difference in the licenses, but Mattel is releasing Ray Arnold's severed bloody arm with his Jurassic Park Amber Collection figure. Just saying. I'll still wind up getting it, as I'm sure they know most of us will anyway. The skull on the back of the shirt is a great addition to the same shirt we've gotten before, but for a plain black attire figure where the accessories are what really set it apart, I was hoping for a lot more out of this for at minimum 33% price increase over elites.

The Austin 3:16 shirt has the skull design on the back which is pretty cool.

Thinking about getting Flair. The wrestling figures of my childhood were so terrible, it's nice to have the opportunity to get modern realistic interpretations of wrestlers from that era. How does the ultimate go beyond elite? Is the figure itself any different, more articulation? Forgive my not being a catalog of wrestling action figure information.

Slightly more articulation and accesories...theoretically.

I got the Flair. Ill probably get the Austin later but if I miss it that's ok but didn't want to take a chance on not finding Flair later.

I got both.
Was hoping Austin would be beefier, and maybe have some bastardized beer cans. But I like the two new scans & the shirt enough to entice me.
Flair is fantastic.

Was the introduction to double jointed elbows and double hinged joints as a whole for females, as well as interchangeable heads and molded arms/jacket sleeves (most have been/are being integrated into Elite line) Toe joints (eh) Recent addition of butterfly shoulder joints to allow lateral movement Swivel ab joints instead of hinge Higher budget for more accessories

Looking back, still ordered ultimate SCSA, but looking back that's the most basic looking ultimate in general I think.
I would've swapped the pointer finger hands with another knee brace though. I don't know who on God's green earth will put those hands on him. Lol

That is the best Austin they've made. The headscans are on point. It could only be improved by having the Smoking Skull belt as well but I'm okay with not getting that because I bought the Ringside Ex years ago. The head is the right size and fits on the neck the way Austin's body is shaped, the accessories are decent, I'm very happy with it. Preordered instantly.
Flair I'm indifferent but getting the woo face and the hands, plus that beautiful robe, I'm in. I'll put it on my desk with the TNA line NWA belt.

Austin looks way too much like his Royal Rumble elite. I see a lot of people skipping this one & grabbing the elite.

I dont know if the Flair head scan has that Whooo look to it, if not more of a shocked looked to it. Love that robe though 😍😍 Yeah I agree. His mouth is open to much.Jakks captured it pretty well with Classics series 9 Flair.

Didn’t really plan on buying Ultimate Austin but went ahead and preordered it today. I think it’s overall a nice figure with its pros and cons. I like the alternative heads and back design on the shirt. Glad it comes with the blue strap since I already have the smoking skull title. Could really use some thicker thighs just like his elites needs, not sure his arms are big enough either.
Correct me if I’m wrong but didn’t his original Austin 3:16 shirt have the smoke coming out of the skull’s eyes on the back design? I wonder if that was a budgeting cut or something else?

Im just not feeling the wooing flair head. Austin looks geat but the baseball cap is an odd accessory.

Steve with pointer hands? Since he can’t have middle finger hands, why even include hands that aren’t relevant. Steve looks like an S.H Figuart. Just oddly proportioned. Yet again the UE line fails at delivering at what makes this line an extra $10. Both these figures could’ve been in the regular elite line. Great cash grab though. I think Flair's robe would have been too high budget for a plain Elite.
