So, here recently I’ve started picking up vintage wrestling shirts I come across on eBay/mercari. Think I might start a collection. Any of you guys own any classic tees? Picked up this one today:  |

I never thought about collecting classic shirts because I figured they were probably already worn a lot and had their own issues. If they were brand new shirts from that era that were never worn, that would be different.
But that's cool that you want to start collecting them. I do know though that a lot of older wrestling shirts go for big money now even if they are used and faded.

For shirts I got as gifts, I have 2 Rock shirts. One of them is a flaming bull skull. On the second one, the front says, "Finally The Rock Has Come Back To..." and the back says, "Philadelphia". I was also gifted a Macho Man shirt, and a New Day Booty-Os shirt.

Funny thing is I’ve seen it go for hundreds elsewhere too. This one doesn’t feel like it’s been worn much at all either. |

I sold a full big trash bag full of my shirts on ebay a few years ago. I put them all on line $10 starting price. I was shocked when most went for $30 and some up to $60. Most weren't even catalog or event shirts. They were shirts sold at Kmarts in the mid 1990s.
