The Legends line is still exclusive to Target? At the moment, yes. Royal Rumble 2021 no longer appears to be the case. |

Back on topic....3/4 from the OP very decent! Gutted the slaughter wasn’t in the line up, wanted a slaughter in that gear for a long time. Wonder if there was a late change? Surely with Col Mustafa we get the Slaughter soon and General Adnan to complete the triangle of terror!?

If he had 3 out of 4 right then it must have been the original plan. I'm guessing we will see slaughter in an upcoming elite set. Maybe another exclusive like Mustafa. He's most definitely set to be released though. |

Maybe there was a Slaughter rights issue -- Mustafa was prob. planned at the same time, so if they pulled Slaughter, they probably didn't want to or couldn't pull both.
Who replaced Slaughter in the actual wave?

Hopefully it’s not an issue which prevents them releasing a slaughter, heel slaughter is a big miss from the collection as I think his HOF elite is later in his career face turn? I really hope we get the whip, beret, blue/purple winged eagle and the red elbow pads under the jacket. Would be great if they could add the medals to the jacket even if they can’t add the flag. I don’t really get the no flag thing...the flag is on the Col Mustafa box, so why not the figure? |

He was rumoured for Legends Series 11 before the lineup was announced (seems he was replaced by Big John Studd). |

The OP was just speculating based off of figures that were rumored to be released and weren't confirmed in a lineup yet - he literally says that in his post:
"So looking online, we have rumours for the following upcoming legends that haven't been confirmed in any Elite series so could we be looking at our Legends 11 lineup?"
Backstory on where the rumors come from - a lot of this was discussed in various threads:
Scott Hall was posted/rumored on Instagram by someone
I believe Bam Bam was too (I thought it was the same person, but maybe not since I don't see him on that page) Sgt. Slaughter, I believe, was rumored/speculated for E86
I can't remember where Macho Man came from
These figs plus Warlord/Trish were the Legends that were rumored so it would make sense that some of them were in an upcoming Legends lineup (especially after E86/87 were confirmed and they weren't in the confirmed lineup except for Trish when the OP posted this).
Slaughter could have been in one of these lineups (E86 or Legends) and got pushed back (or maybe the rumors were wrong). Lineup changes are common. I believe IRS was pushed back later in the elite series due to the sculpt coming out wrong so it could be something as simple as that to something more complicated, such as contract issues. With Sid/Mustafa being released, I think he'll follow soon (I'm hoping for Warrior/Hogan elite 2-pack too).

I love seeing a new Scott Hall fig, and love seeing a new scan for him...but damn it looks off. Super plasticky, like he had a botox accident.

So I was just told that AFA said Brutus and DDP will be available online only...that is pretty beat in my opinion. Hopefully this set will all be available in store.

Yeah, I remember either him or Bill saying it the recent figure reveal video. I believe they said that the Sid Vicious figure was slated for another line but did not say which. I could see Slaughter originally being slated for the Summer Slam elite wave since they were also releasing Mustafa, but at the last minute Slaughter was pulled and they just added the ref attire to the Sid Vicious figure to make it work for the Summer Slam wave. |
