Chyna (from the 2-pack). If you collect the current roster though, the UE Charlotte Flair looks fantastic.

Network Spotlight Asuka, E73 Kairi Sane, E79 Io Shirai, and E80 Bayley are fantastic. The E85 Becky Lynch that should be out soon also looks really good.
And while I may not own it myself, but like many others have said, UE Charlotte is also a great figure.
