I always felt like Tugboat's heel turn as well as the formation of the Natural Disasters would have been much bigger if he would have turned on Hogan and not the Bushwackers. When it happened I was just like, "Oh ok.....booo" but it didnt really have any effect on me. Id rather seen Hogan & Tugboat vs Nasty Boys (with Quake ringside)...Then Tugboat turn on Hogan, he & Quake to the beatdown.
Id had Hogan bring in Sid to be his partner in his feud with Natural Disasters. (Eliminating him as the ref from SummerSlam) their matches wouldnt have clean finishes to make Quake/Typhoon strong. Id still have Hogan & Warrior team and let it play out as it did but then let Sid's jealously of Hogan choosing Warrior for the match instead of himself even though they had been watching each others back set the seed for Sid's turn & feud with Hogan.
By this time the Natural Disasters could have moved on to squash Rockers & Bushwackers setting up their big title win at the Royal Rumble against champions Legion of Doom
