Better conditioning generally leads to better function. different functions require different conditioning. ever notice how power lifters don't seem too worried about sit ups? Power lifters don't have to move. Agility isn't a thing in their world. Dax would move easier and quicker with more muscle and less fat. He would also look better. |

Muscle has the same effect, and looks better. you clearly aren't much of an expert on the human body, which is cool, but maybe learn some things before you try to make claims. for a lot of guys, they aren't going to be able to retain a large amount of muscle without having a notable amount of fat along with it. that's actually most people. you're essentially wanted a supra-physiological build in him, which is essentially suggesting he use steroids...lol dude has a good build, strong, doesn't need to look like a bodybuilder As an offensive line coach, a lot of my guys are round and thick but incredibly strong and explosive. Dax looks phenomenal to me, like a real dude. |
