Jesse was always one of the best. I wore a "Platos Retreat" shirt in his honor at my last show.
It was always funny, to me, when Vince or Gorilla would talk into the camera you could see Jesse move his mouth to what they were saying before he would start talking. It was just something he did.
I never cared for his WCW run and when Eric fired him for sleeping on the job.

crap I can’t remember the show or the line, but during a WCW show he makes a crack about something that his bosses clearly thought he shouldn’t of because he spends the next five or ten minutes saying nothing.

He has said in shoot interviews that Savage is one of his all-time favorite wrestlers and in his opinion one of the best ever. He also has said that the WM3 match between Steamboat and Savage is the best he has ever seen. |

Just goes to show his greatness when you have the fans chanting his name even though he's a heel. Plus always loved when he would set Schiavone straight.
