He has a figure made by another company, not sure how well it would scale on a mattel body, but since it would require a bigger body it might not be a bad fit

I would say a Mattel Basic Ezekiel Jackson head, The elite has him smiling, while the basic is a more serious look. Also maybe his Jakks figure. Might just have to get rid of the beard.

Thank you so much for everyone that responded!
The Zeke head looks huge, but I wonder if it would complement the Titus elite torso well (?) and I'm not sure if I want to use the actual Moose figure head (not a fan of screaming scans).
This may be pricey, but does anyone think D-Von Dudley would work if the goatee is removed and possibly a touch up on the eyebrows as well?

I mean, their sculpts are hit and miss but at least miss with someone that IS him rather than someone completely different. And I'm sure the size would work fine on a large body. |

I actually found a picture of a Hasbro Marvel figure of Luke Cage when I was looking up the GI Joe Classified Roadblock and it may not be a bad head to use for Moose.  |

don't quote me on it, but I do think the heads might be compatible - they are on ball joints, may either mean sanding down or blue-tacking it on - or maybe it's an exact match - I haven't actually tried - just giving you some ideas. I think Luke Cage would be the best one!

Trying to put a ML head on a WWE body might prove to give you tiny head syndrome.
