Was watching the A&E Biography on Macho when they showed this image during the intro. The green is slightly off but it’s pretty close to the All Stars fig attire.   |

I noticed that as well last night. But I think that attire mystery was solved a few years back.
I don't think Randy ever wore neon green with the stars on it. The closest to that figure is that pic above. He did however wear a neon green attire vs Andre with matching knee pads but it lacked the stars.
But yea, I immediately thought about this fig again when I saw that attire!

I figured out that it won't record the series because of the different titles (names) "Biography: Macho Man", "Biography: Steve Austin", and so on. I tried recording the series and it won't take, so I have to record each episode ahead of time. |

Nothing too earth-shattering since we've heard most of these stories quite a bit. It is nice to see Vince make comments, he usually doesn't. So it is nice to hear his thoughts on a lot of these guys. |

Even though I wasnt a fan of 1999 Randy Savage in black leather pants and mesh top, they did a great job exploring that part of his career and getting Gorgeous George to be interviewed. Also, one of the producers must be a wrestling figure collector because the wrestlers they interviewed were introduced with a graphic showing a Mattel figure of them. |

But if Bill insists it wasn’t a mashup and there was a reference photo then maybe this is what he saw since this is likely an official WWE photo. |

I don’t know specifically but Hogan and Savage worked a few house shows in 86-87. This appears to be in that timeframe and not post Mega Powers. |

I saw a clip on YouTube and they used an E2 R-Truth I was so confused especially since it was so old That Macho attire is definitely from his IC title era |

Surprisingly they touched on the "bad side" of Randy and his fight with drugs and mental problems. Pretty much its a typical documentary until gorgeous George comes in, then its like Darkseid of the ring, then back to a happy ending documentary |

Could be, it just seemed weird as they didn't do that for the other bios - so far. I also wonder if they added them because at the end of the biography they talked about Savage having issues with getting older and always wanting to keep his body in tip-top shape like an action figure. |
