This was on the street this morning in front of our house. What kind of sick twisted mind would do such a thing!? What message are they trying to send me? There were body parts all the way down the road. ANIMALS!!!

I remember seeing this happen every now and then in my grandmother's neighborhood. I always found it wasteful, but then again you never know the story. I always just assumed people threw them out their second story windows.
