That jakks one was terrible. I missed the part of his career when he was 800 pounds.

Man, I wasn't collecting when the CS seats really started going. They did my man dirty there. Looks like a Viscera body mold. They did. Vader, Yokozuna, Viscera, One Man Gang, Earthquake, etc all had the same body mold that really only worked for Yoko and Viscera. It infuriated me. I remember buying an extra Gorilla Monsoon in wrestling gear to fix Vader up with a body closer to his actual size. The “Vader Time” singlet didn’t fit but it worked itself out cause I got that cool “straps down” look lol I will say though the Jakks Mastadon headpiece was awesome. Has an edge over Mattel’s. |

Hopefully they will make a Retro one of him! I still have my JustToys Bend-ems of Vader that I used all the time with the Hasbro's. I remember his armpit had a good tear in it for using it too much haha.

It may have worked for "Viscera" but it didn't work for "Big Daddy V". Nelson had put on considerable weight by that point and the torso was actually too *small*. Although, I think it's safe to say that, unless you were going for a full, accurate RA set, nobody in their right mind would want a properly proportioned Big Daddy V in their collection anyway. |
