Happy 'swinging' sunday everyone! im going to start review my gets from E93! Claudio Castagnoli nope Cesaroboy, i have not been so excited, yet so let down with a figure in a long time. i am a HUGE Caesro/Claudio fan and i was really looking forward to an updated elite figure as i felt like he was well overdue. this figure sees Cesaro in black and yellow gear with a softgoods entrance jacket. the entrance jacket has a yellow 'back in the swing logo' centered on the back and 'just swing it' printed on the right arm. the jacket is unique in that the lower part of the sleeves are white and are sewn in; this jacket is quality! the headsculpt on this figure is okay, it is supposed to be Cesaro smiling, which in concept is cool but the face is so distorted from the expression that the face printing doesnt apply as cleanly as it needs to. my figure has heavier application to one side of the facet just doesnt look that great. the next thing to address is the body formula. im not sure why they changed the body formula, the previous Cesaros looked just fine, made the arms needed more beef, but it was acceptable. this figure they REALLY beefed up our boi, choosing all new body parts for him. this figure was given the Hogan/Sheamus torso??? larger crotch piece?? heavyweight arms and shoulders?? so the arms are actually too big. both in concept and execution, i tried to take a picture of it, but the shoulder part is actually being shaven down by the torso from basic movements because its just simply too big. the arms look way out of proportion with the torso they chose; it looks like he is wearing a pair of Anchor Arms. so onto the torso...i dont think the sheamus torso was needed. i will say that Cesaro did definitely gain a LITTLE more mass than his wwe debut, but the torso they used before was perfect. now....im really confused on this next part becuase in using the sheamus torso, they for some reason used a massive crotch piece that leaves a huge gap around the waist of the figure; ala the elite hulk hogan figures as of late. i think this could have been done to accomodate larger legs for the figure, but when you look down at the boots, there is also a massive gap in the size between the calves of the figure and the boots. i will give mattel credit in the fact that they did beef up cesaro, but the parts that they chose are really not ultimately as compatible as they should be. all in all the black and yellow color scheme of the figure pops on the shelf and ill never complain about getting softgoods accessories, however IMO the body recipe and parts choices of this figure leaves a little to be desired.

continuing the reviews of E93 we prepare to Kneel and Pray π Karrion Krossthis figure is AMAZING!! i love this figure so freaking much. the E93 Kross figure sees him in his gladiator style attire and i absolutely love this aesthetic. Kross is wearing trunks with studded Vinyl strips draping down from his waist and at the tops of his boots. he was given the small style kneepads and the standard kickpad mold(thank god!!!!) the kickpads are also bordered in gold studs. his entire attire is a Maroon/black color scheme and to be honest i really dig it. normally when people go for this gladiator look, they stick to the earthy colors of brown/black/grey/ etc, its refreshing to see the maroon. i believe the headsculpt is the same as his previous elite, but i do not own that figure, so i cant comment for sure; it looks great though! he has a sadistic grin and the truefx was applied cleanly to my figure. another thing to note was that all of his tattoos were printed crisply on my figure, no smudges or misprinted designs. his left hand is taped and my gripe with this is that the peg is skintone and would look much better in white. for accessories he was given the nXt championship-which i must say looks GREAT on this figure. the entire presentation this figure offers is just way cool. Kross looks like a bad bad man. i was able to snap a few pics of him together with the Scarlet elite and yeah, these figures look great together π€© all in all, even though Kross has just re-debuted and will likely be getting an updated elite in...about a year, i would 10/10 recommend grabbing this figure. it just looks really really cool and poses great. i will say----one weird thing, the material that the waist straps were made out of--vinyl? had a STRONG smell when i unboxed this figure. the smell was pretty 'loud' for about a week or so and then tamed down, or i just got used to it. i recognise the smell because i have worked with a similar material but its just a weird note i wanted to add.

Wrapping up the E93 Reviews today ππ this was a really cool series and ill share my final thoughts at the end of this post! Raquel Gonzalezi was actually pretty excited to add this figure to my collection because i wanted to complete the pairing with Dakota Kai! Raquel comes to us wearing a black and orange color themed attire. the headsculpt on this figure is great, i can definitely see Raquel in this sculpt, however the expression is SO bland, she looks so disinterested, a slight smirk or snarl or something would have done wonders. she was given an awesome softgoods entrance coat; the coat was made of a really nice quality black vinyl material; similar to the legends Edge coat. she was also given the nXt womens championship belt, which at this point is indistinguishable from the mens? the BIGGEST flub on this figure was the fact that she suffers from Chyna formula syndrome. because she is a little taller than the normal womens figures, they decided to give her normal sized fisted hands and the GIANT Chyna sized holding hands. this is the same thing that mattel did with the legends chyna and it is a bit of a jarring difference in size. i believe most of this figure are unique sculpts, the tops and pants especially but the boots also look great with all the detail captured on the lace eyelets and the studs on the lace covers. they were also able to capture her tattoo on her ribcage. all in all this Raquel figure turned out great, IMO. the head sculpt captures her likeness really well and i really like the orange in her attire, its a unique color that doesnt get worn that often in the women roster. not only that but she seems to scale pretty well with the rest of the womens figures given her height. E93 Final Thoughtscoming out of the somewhat blursed wave that was E92(talent being released and figures still being made) E93 was not as exciting, but offered some new talents in elite form. im not a seth rollins fan, so i skipped on his figure in this wave. having come back to collecting, i was excited to get a new cesaro figure for retail pricing, but i was a little put off by the factory recipe choices. raquel was a welcome addition to the collection; i actually find myself getting more invested in womens wrestling these days just because i feel like having watched the men do absolutely everything under the sun for the past 20 some odd years, i like seeing the women do their thing; im always rooting for them to kill it. i wasnt necessarily clamoring for a new steamboat figure, but i was 10/10 excited for the tv title. after doing my research on the steamboat figure i realized that the attires were really significant. T-bar was just a fun figure i liked the appearance of and brought me back to fantasy booking memories. if i could rank the wave: 6. Rollins - dont like rollins 5. T-Bar - figure is fun, but the gimmick was short lived on tv 4. Steamboat - he came with the WCW TV title!!! 3. Cesaro - updated Cesaro with double jointed arms. despite the recipe issues its still a new cesaro 2. Raquel - besides the Chyna hands i really dont have many complaints with this figure. the headsculpt could use more expression 1. Karrion Kross - they really just killed this figure and character in the best way 10/10

coming in today for another SUPERSTAR Sunday! i had a great saturday night! its nice, quiet and rainy today-i love it! got some more figures to talk about! Legends Bobby Heenanthe WEASEL!!!! these guys were clogging the shelves for so long, my target finally clearanced them out and i decided to buy one just for the sake. the weasel outfit was legendary in its time, so im glad that we finally got a nice softgoods one from mattel. the weasel outfit fits the figure great and it is made of a nice high quality material. the heenan figure is really cool, we got him in his black singlet wrestling attire. the headsculpt of the figure looks great, i dont have any other heenan figures to compare it to, but this does seem to capture Bobby great. the biggest knock i have on this figure is that the legs they gave him are legs for molded tights π€£ you can see the wrinkles down by the knees and on the thigh of the figure. im sure they will say it was a recipe issue for height or something, but this is unacceptable it looks awful. otherwise the figure has adequate poseability for a heenan, i need to snap some pics of him standing next to andre! all in all this legends figure of heenan is cool for the fact that we get a wrestling gear heenan AND a neat softgoods weasel outfit, however the use of the wrong legs is really off putting and visually makes the figure look weird. E16 Heath SlaterHEATH SLATER BAY BAYYYYYY this figure is really great! i slept on it when it released because i was more infatuated with CM Punk and Kevin Nash figures. the headsculpt looks great! heath was rocking the bob style haircut at the time and this sculpt really captures Heath's likeness well. my favorite part of the figure is the tights, obviously lol. i love the colors of the logos, the blue and yellow really pops and the graphics looks awesome! Heath's name is shown on the front and back of the tights in a rad rock font ontop of a pentagram. the sides of the tights have a flaming guitar and more pentagrams π€π€ moving down, Heath was given studded leather boots and all the details have been captured appropriately. finally i have to touch on Heaths shoulder tattoos, i feel like mattel did a great job capturing them and they came out cleanly and cripsly printed on the figure. all in all this Heath figure definitely deserves a sopt in the collection. it is surprisingly detailed and the colors are really unique and pop among other figures.

such a beautiful figure, hope to come across it some day. Love the collection and keeping up with it on your thread. The multiple close ups from different angles are A1

Happy figure friday everyone! i had taken advantage of the ringside sale going on, but they sent me the wrong figures ππ they got me a return label and whoever ordered Don cerrone, Brodie Lee & -1 and AEW MJF------your figures are on their way back to ringside π i didnt want any of those figures, so i contacted ringside promptly. today im going to start sharing my thoughts on Legends Series 15Stacy KeiblerStacy was on a list of figures i never expected to see mattel make----but here we are! So, this figure portrays Stacy as her time in WCW as Ms. Hancock. i was always a Torrie guy, but i had some eyes for Stacy back in the day,too π i am glad that we got a Ms Hancock figure, but i think it would have been cooler to see a more modern Stacy Keibler manager/diva figure; maybe a return to the Ruthless Aggression line??? Ms. Keibler comes to us wearing her iconic 'little black' business dress. her outfit is a very simple black business outfit with a white undershirt and black high heels. i had no issues keeping this figure standing or posed; ankles are strong on my figure π. the headsculpts for this figure are pretty okay. much better than the last Jakks figure we got of her but i still feel like they are kinda rough in terms of REALLY capturing stacy. the posability is very limited on this figure. the shirt is made of the standard rubber shirt material, but i am not feeling an ab crunch on this figure at all? the double jointed elbows are great on this figure given that one of her accessories is a clipboard. the extra mobility allows for great posing of the figure. speaking of accessories, this figure came with an interchangeable head, set of pointing hands, glasses and a clipboard. the glasses are really awesome! i do wish that they were more transparent, but when they are all the way up it makes her look like an anime teacher or something lol the glasses fit great on the figure and as i mentioned, you can get some pretty neat poses out of the figure. all in all----i understand that in the terms of the Legends line, Stacy was a weird choice. although i personally am all for the legends line being an umbrella term for everything 2000's and back--i can see how some collectors would be a little miffed at Keibler from WCW taking up a spot in the series. i for one am just glad that we got a chance to own a stacy figure in this day and age. the posability is so very limited on this figure, but she was exclusively a manager and didnt really take many bumps. all that being said i would still recommend to buy this figure for the collection.

Coming in this Saturday with a SCORCHING review π₯π₯π₯π₯ as the Legends 15 rundown continues Kaneso, right out of the gate, i want to say that i ALMOST passed on this figure just because i felt it was really unnecessary. i have the DoD kane and the Ringside Kane unmasked figures and this newest legends figure really doesnt offer much difference to them other than an updated headsculpt and double jointed arms. This Legends 15 Kane depicts him during his 2003(?) era run as raw tag team champion. personally, this was my favorite Kane look-i liked the strap attire and the mask that showed his mouth really felt like it modernized the Kane character. that being said, the headsculpt on this figure looks great! they were able to get the 'furrowed brow' look sculpted into the mask appropriately and the transition from mask to face looks really good; they even sculpted him some facial hair that he would sport from time to time. the hairpiece looks pretty good on my figure, i have no complaints. i think mattel thought they were 'listening to the fans' when we asked them to 'bulk up kane figures' by giving him HUGE arms on this figure. honestly, they only look slightly better than the previous figures because they just moved the slider to the other extreme and he now has massive shoulders and arms. the torso is the same as all the other kane figures, the paint apps are only slightly different. we did get the 'randy orton' style hands for kane's entrance pose, which was an awesome addition. all in all, this was a figure i didnt think needed a spot in the legends line just yet. after posing this figure next to the older Kane figures depicting this era, i think i would have rather mattel implemented interchangeable heads earlier as i much prefer the mask sculpted on the head rather than having a removable mask that looks bulky on the figures head. i think that they should have just held off on releasing this era of kane until it could get a spot in the Ultimate line, where they could properly sculpt the straps on the attire and offer all the different head styles that saw a release with this attire. the larger arms look a little better on the figure, but the entire torso for this era of kane needs re-tooling.

Happy Sunday y'all! We're on the Legends Express today as we take a look at the third figure in the Legends 15 series. Lex Lugerive never been a huge Luger fan. ive always felt like he was just 'there'. one of the things that lessened his appeal to me was the fact that his wcw toybiz figure with torture rack action was absolutely abysmal so he got no love from the booking committee in my figure fed growing up. that being said, i was a little less than excited to scoop up a luger figure--however i knew i did need one for the collection. this is my first mattel luger figure, and unlike the toybiz figure of old, i do actually like this figure. we were given two interchangable heads for this Lex; one modern head in a ponytail and one old school head with the long mullet hairstyle. we have seen both of these headsculpta before on other figures, so neither is new but they are now updated with truefx which at this point im thinking makes the heads look worse. on the ponytail headsculpt, the paint apps around the eyes is way too heavy making it look like he is wearing eyeliner. the old school lex head holds a better likeness to my eyes, but unfortunately i dont think the old school head looks good with the black trunks. the body recipe is acceptable, Lex was usually pretty shredded but i dont really know any other body choices that would look good but i wish we got some updated body sculpts. i like the arms that they chose for this figure, as i understand there was a running change to this figure that saw him receive larger arms which i do not believe i own, but i do like the arms on my figure, they pose really well. for accessories we got a softgoods nWo wolfpac shirt. all in all i was actually happy to add this Lex to my collection, i think mattel intended this to be a 2-in-1 both vintage and modern Lex figures but the vintage head really only looks good on the chase version of the figure that comes in the orange trunks and white boots- and that figure looks ridiculous packaged with the nWo wolfpac shirt. they did do a good job on the nWo Lex, but i kinda think this figure wouldve been a bigger hit if it were done up in the 'total package' gimmick.

finally bringing the Legends 15 reviews to an end is the X-Factor of the series... X-PacX-Pac comes to us in this series as the last member needed to complete the DX Army that had been scattered amongst the last few waves. XPac comes bundled up in a leather jacket, DX tshirt, army helmet, sunglasses and camo pants. the figure doesnt look too bulky in all the gear and poseability is not affected. although all of the other DX figures were given softgoods DX tshirts, this Xpac was given a rubber tshirt....which i guess i understand given the fact that he already had a softgoods jacket and pants, but it is a little jarring; as i mentioned given the fact that the rest of the members have softgoods shirts. it looks like this xpac figure was given Edge style sunglasses this time around. So, after removing the helmet and sunglasses from the figure, i have some stuff to say about this headsculpt. the FACE looks great, but they went way overboard(IMO) on compensating his head to accomodate the helmet. this figure looks like he has a serious case of hat hair. there are certain angles where it isnt as noticeable, but when looking straight onto the figure, its really noticeable to me and i cant unsee it. i tried fitting on the FanTakeover Xpac bandana to the figure and it was a little too big. beyond that, i think the headsculpt looks really good; the truefx was applied pretty cleanly to my figure. i also kinda feel like the head portrays a bit of an older xpac than intended, but like i said it still looks really great. when removing all of the DX Army gear, we find that mattel treated us to Xpac in his red and white attire. i think the attire turned out great! im looking forward to other elite flashback versions of xpac, including his matching green attire to this and his older red attire that saw a basic release. the body recipe of Xpac doesnt seem to have changed at all. i really like that they used his specific style of kneepads aswell. all in all this Legends Xpac figure is 100% worth the buy for many reasons. Xpac figures dont come often and the ones that have already been released are quite expensive on the secondary market. this figure comes with the most modern articulation and the headscan/sculpt really holds a great likeness to Xpac. ive taken a bunch of extra pictures of this figure next to some others just for comparison and fun Legends 15 Final Thoughts so, legends 15 was kindof a weird lineup, IMO. all of the main figures in the lineup were from late 90's/2000s era. i didnt expect a stacy keibler figure to be announced, that was a shocker for me, but beyond Xpac and frankly Stacy, i wasnt really super excited for this lineup. although the Kane figure is from my favorite era of his career, i didnt think that i / we needed a new one yet. Lex Luger was another figure i wasnt too excited about, i ended up liking the figure more than i thought, but still not a choice for the lineup that got me hyped. looking ahead to legends 16, the figures and choices are slightly more exciting, so looking forward to sharing my pics and thoughts on that series coming up. 4. Kane. i DO like the new headsculpt and the effort to give bigger arms, but i think we just need an Ultimate of this figure where they really do the attire justice. 3. Lex Luger. its my first Lex Luger figure and to be honest i do like the formula of the figure and im always glad to add to the ranks of the nWo. 2. Stacy Keibler. once again, just shocked that we even got a stacy figure at all. the only thing keeping her from the #1 spot is the lack of articulation; not that she really needs it, but movement is definitely limited. 1. X-Pac. no brainer as to why Xapc is in the #1 spot. DX Army is now complete and we have a really cool updated Xpac in the red attire.

Lane is so well suited for ultimates due to his body type. The extra girth around the chest area doesnβt look weird in him like other wrestlers in ultimate form. Love how the Kane ultimate scales w and elite takers. Survivor series kane next to an American B.A. taker the lane is like slightly smaller when he was a bigger boy than taker ( more filled out) and heβs like and inch or two taller..

Happy superstar saturday everyone! wow, the COLD has set in by us. we dipped down to freezing temps last night, not ready for this yet! summer left like it owed me money ππ didnt really have any cool figure receivings this week other than taking advantage of a price match between Target and Walmart to stock up on some Star Wars Black Series Dark Troopers. Looking at my photos, i have the Ruthless Aggression series one queued up next for some thoughts and reviews π€ but today i wanted to share some thoughts and pics on.... HoF Ultimate Warriorthis was a super lucky purchase as i was able to snag this figure loose on ebay for $20 shipped. it was a 'late night find it in the newest listings' catch and i am glad. This ultimate warrior figure just might be my favorite warrior elite at the moment because i absolutely love the attire and the colorscheme of the figure. this warrior come to us in black trunks with neon colored warrior logos on the front and 'out of control' in neon lettering on the back. this theme continues onto the kneepads as we see 'ultimate' and 'warrior' printed on both his left and right kneepads. this figure features the older style of warrior kneepads and arm tassels where they are unfortunately not pinned and only stay in one position. the tassels are very cool complementing yellow/blue green/pink colorscheme and the boot tassels are yellow/pink/green/orange; very bright, very neon, very warrior. the headsculpt on this figure looks great! we see a grimacing warrior, bearing teeth and a long mane of hair accented with lighter highlights. i love the facepaint on this warrior; black/yellow/green and blue. all very cool complementing colors. now this figure was meant to portray warriors attire at summerslam 1990, therefore he also come with the super rad light blue strapped winged eagle championship. i liked that warrior was able to bring in new belt strap colors for the titles he possessed, some came out looking really cool. all in all this warrior figure is definitely worth the buy. i know i reviewed subjectively as a figure but it is a recreation of the SS90 attire and it is really pretty spot on for that. the formula is classic ultimate warrior, but i really dig the headsculpt they chose for this figure, also the highlights in the hair look cool.
