Happy superstar Saturday y'all! SO--i had been on a business trip recently to northern indiana. i hit up 8 walmarts and they all had absolutely NOTHING GOOD on the pegs at all. all i can say is that STILL i see no evidence of the AEW figure reset--seemingly thousands of Santana, Ortiz, Tay Conti, Anna Jay, John Silvers STILL clogging the pegs terribly. i did see a few new wardlows, chris jericho exclusive figures out which was cool, but i didnt buy either of them just yet. wwe figure offerings were abysmal too. i saw a few jeff hardy, stone cold and warrior ultimates poking around--NO SIGN of the RA ultimate brock or rvd-very let down on that. a few almighty bobby lashley; it was silly at one wal mart i visited the only elites were all women figures-queen zelina, ronda rousey, raquel, mandy rose, becky lynch e100. saw a few farooq asad figures hanging around. i went to one target out there too and they still had the survivor series ultimate warriors and becky lynch on the pegs. TONS of hammer valentine figures and a few stone cold and ultimate warrior ultimates. i dunno it was a bummer of a figure hunt--i was really just hoping to see the RA ultimate figures or maybe even the CM Punk supreme even though i know its not really out yet, but there was definitely a trend of who was clogging pegs. dont even get me started on the roman and jey figures spilling all over the shelves everwhere i went.. i also looked at the star wars figures out there and it was the same pegwarmers all over. ANYWAYS-----i got some Cody Rhodes figures in 😁 Basic 140 Cody Rhodescoming in today is the American Nightmare, Cody Rhodes! i havent ever owned many Cody Rhodes figures, but i really like his look in wwe right now so these figures should be interesting. This figure comes to us in a suited look; a bold blue suit and vest combo with a white undershirt and yellow tie. its quite a dapper look and i really like the colors they used for the suit. the headsculpt on this figure is really good, it seems to be the default Cody headsculpt right now and its good and provides his likeness from all angles. if i had anything to complain about with this figure it would be that the suit and vest are a little big on the figure making him look frumpy instead of trim and stylish. i think that a new suited body mold is in order for guys like Cody and Finn and the like. all in all this is a pretty straightforward figure and i really like it. suited figures are great for promo pics and segments during fantasy booking also just cool to have that 'street' gear version of the character. the color of the suit is bold and i really like the contrast of the yellow tie. i do kinda wish that hey would have painted the shoulders of the figure blue so the white shirt wasnt visible at the shoulder joint but its not a huge deal. id still recommend grabbing this figure. Top Picks Cody Rhodes i had the elite 101 Cody figure on pre order with amazon for ages but eventually that order got cancelled. i had seen this top picks figure and despite not being an accurate tights color i really liked how it turned out. the headsculpt on this figure is really good, as i mentioned with the basic-it seems to be the default Cody head right now and it looks good and portrays his likeness from all angles. They gave Cody the ripped torso with chest hair paint apps and Dream tattoo on his upper left pec. They also decided to do the same paint apps to the American Nightmare neck tattoo as on e101 by extending the details of the tattoo from his neck onto his jaw, i dont think this was a good move. Cody comes with the Hogan style belt in white with the 'Nightmare' logo on the back. The tights on this figure are actually pretty cool, IMO- this Cody comes to the ring wearing some icy blue colored tight with his American Nightmare eagle and star designs on the waist and upper legs. Mattel did a phenominal job with the texture details to the tights as the designs on the upper legs and waist had gator skin in real life and mattel captured that look perfectly. finishing up this figure are some crisp, strapless white boots with the American Nightmare logo on the outsides. all in all this is an awesome Cody Rhodes elite figure. i really like the color of the tights compared to the E101 figure and the paint apps and details mattel captured in this look are top notch. 10/10 would recommend buying.

Happy Superstar Sunday y'all hope everyone had a good Halloween 🎃 i was out on a business trip but didnt have time to do any figure hunting in the locale was kinda bummed--trying to score those Legends Greatest Hits figures at the moment. i also hit up my local Wal Mart and Target yesterday but they havent done any updating their stock. i did come home with the Greatest Hits Bluetista figure just because i wanted to buy something.....lol. i will say that i finally caved in and bought the Ruthless Aggression RVD figure on the secondary market because ive been all over the central region and ive seen no evidence of him nor Brock on the pegs 😭 its a super rad figure, significant attire and well done on mattel's part-will most likely do a review. ANYWAYS i think we can start discussing the Legends Series 20 figures!!! Legends 20 Triple HSo I guess we're starting off with the figure i originally thought was the weakest offering of the lineup; Triple H. I was really stuck in the mentality that this figure was pointless because its basically JUST an elite version of the Ultimate Edition Triple H---but thats why we needed it, we never got an elite version of this era of Triple H. The Elite Two Pack Triple H was from the two man power trip era and was a little later into this look. The headsculpt on this figure is good-as mentioned it is from the Ultimate Edition figure and it represents Hunter's likeness quite well. im not a huge fan of the hair sculpting, i feel like it was done to accommodate the Kangol Hat that the ultimate figure came with and it makes his forehead/top of head look a little flat. This hHh figure follows the common hHh body recipe with the heavyweight torso, no complaints. They gave him some small black elbowpads and white handwraps with are accurate--i kinda wish we had gotten some open strapped elbow pads, but mattel rarely busts those out, i think they need a re-tool. The big draw of this figure are the trunks of course, this Triple H comes to us in the iconic black trunks with the silver "hHh" logos on the front and back. i of course made a stink about this decision because of the included softgoods Tshirt; the black shirt with bloody red logo was definitely 1998-1999 look for trips and he was still corporation/corporate ministry or whatever when wearing that shirt and i struggle to remember if he had yet debuted the silver hHh logo trunks at that time. i think this would have been an amazing opportunity for mattel to commemorate the VERY FIRST night triple h wore trunks with that particular design--even as a chase figure, but here we are. This Triple H was given small black kneepads---which when i look at reference pictures, Triple h did wear EARLY into this look, however he soon changed to the legsleeve style kneepads, so i opted to do a kneepad swap and i think it makes this figure look 10x better. i also had a random basic stone cold figure in my drawer, so he donated his kneebrace and this has become a Damn Good Game Era Triple H figure. For accessories, this figure was given some chainmail and a softgoods shirt for entrance gear and a can of spray paint? for an accessory. the chainmail is neat, i feel like it was a bit of a short lived look but it was cool we got it included and the softgoods shirt looks and fits the figure great. i do wish we would have gotten an attitude era championship belt to go with this figure. all in all DESPITE MY OPINIONS this is a great Triple H figure. it has been awhile since we've gotten a flashback triple h figure and it was great we finally got to add the hHh logo trunks to our elite lineup. i think a few tweaks to the offerings with the figure could have really made this a legendary offering by mattel, but they did good probably an 7/10 figure, IMO.

Happy Superstar Saturday Y'all!! i was down in the great state of TEXAS this past week for some work and i had another ABYSMAL time figure hunting 😂 i hit a total of 9 stores and found NOTHING new or exciting on the pegs. i did however see a COMPLETELY RANDOM Summerslam series Ms.Elizabeth on the pegs 🤯 beyond that it was all the same ol' same ol as of late. TONS of top picks Roman and Jey figures floating around for no reason, i has seen some E102 figures floating around, couple E100 Beckys, E99 Riddle & Zelia figures were a plenty, lots of RA series Rock figures. The AEW figure selection was the same as it ever was, getting VERY dissappointed in AEW figure hunting. endless amounts of Ortiz & Santana, Tay Conti and MJF figures 😭 i did hit up one wal mart that had a healthy supply of the new exclusive Jericho and Kingston figures, i want the jericho figure but im really feeling like my local stores will get them at some point. in total i went to 5 malmarts and 4 targets, the targets were THE WORSTTTTTTT. some had really shrunk down the wrestling section to a few pegs it looked sad. for some reason ive been seeing them restock the royal rumble BAF series?? lots of Vader and Rey figures out there again--i can only imagine its old stock that was sitting in the back that got pushed for new releases. lots of Triple H and Mr Perfect Legends figures, saw a few DiBiase but no chase figures unfortunately. i did stumble upon the then now forever 4 pack in the wild finally;i was tempted to but it just so i could claim a victory on something but i realized id have stuff it in my luggage somehow safely to travel back on the plane with it and it wasnt worth the trouble. 🚨 ALSO I FEEL THE NEED TO ANNOUNCE DUE TO MY LEVEL OF EXCITEMENT THAT I HAVE FOUND THE AEW SUPREME CM PUNK IN THE WILD AT MY LOCAL WAL MART. 🚨 finally acquired my current grail. ive been searching for weeks, if not months at this point and finally today i found 3 of them at the local wal mart. i admittedly grabbed two so i could open one and keep one MOC - left one on the shelves, someone else will be excited to find it. im SUPER EXCITED the figure looks amazing. ANYWAYS TODAY we're gonna continue talking about the Legends series 20 figures! Legends 20 Mr. Perfect Curt Hennigcoming in today is Mr. Perfect, this is my first Mr Perfect figure ever and it is unfortunately the return of the dreaded rubber singlet top. Starting off, the headsculpt on this figure looks amazing, the facial sculpting captures Curt from all angles and the Truefx paint apps were applied perfectly to my figure making it look just like him. the hair sculpting is good, it makes a great attempt at capturing his stringy blonde hair. the body recipe of this figure is good by me, Curt was never super cut of BIG, he was a technician and master psychologist in the ring. NOW, WHEN IT COMES TO THE TOP, you can see in the photos of my figure that my molded top seems to have been compressed by the championship belt enough that it looks pretty dang decent. like, i really dont hate this as much as i thought i would. i still do not like it, i still wish they hadnt done it, but it works just well enough on this figure that its passable but next Mr.Perfect just needs to have sculpted top. going down the figure, Curt has the bike short length shorts on his singlet and here poses the next problem with this figure. the rubber singlet top presents as one shade of yellow, the crotch piece and upper thighs are another shade of yellow, and the painted portion on the upper thigh is a third shade of yellow. as the figure is handled or played with or exposed to the elements, each will fade or get dirty differently and it will become more visibly obvious. its sort of nitpicking, but really looking at the figure it is noticeable. Mr. Perfect was given legsleeve style kneepads, looking at pictures of Mr. Perfect from the era i kinda/sorta feel like they shoudve given him the short kneepads, but these seem to fit the bill. finishing up the figure are some white boots with Mr.P script on the outsides and golden laces. for accessories he was given the classic Intercontinental championship belt, and a softgoods towel. i like both accessories a lot and they look great on the figure. all in all the Mr. Perfect with the rubber singlet top experiment is, IMO, an OKAY figure. i was quite excited to get my first Mr.Perfect figure in my collection but it just HAD to be a part of the rubber top experiment. i have this strange conspiracy theory that mattel whiffs these figures on purpose; like they have all the tools available to them to make the perfect iterations of these characters like body recipes, colors accessories-but every single figure there seems to be something off with it. they'll change the body recipe for some reason or pick the wrong body part, use the wrong boots, pick the wrong kneepads, orient the tattoo wrong, given them a weird rubber singlet top, SOMETHING is always just not quite right and its annoying but i still love mattel. in my travels, Greg Valentine is obviously the major pegwarmer, but ive seen just as many Mr. Perfect figures scattered about aswell.

Finishing up the reviews today for the Legends Series 20 figures! to this point i have not been able to acquire the Chase Ted DiBiase figure in the white suit and i have no interest in buying the Greg Hammer Valentine figure. Legends 20 Ted DiBiasecoming in today is the MILLION DOLLAR MAN, Ted DiBiase. this is my first mattel DiBiase figure and i was pretty excited to finally have one in my collection. This iteration of the M$M brings him to us in his teal green and silver suit-the chase version of this figure was the crisp white and gold suit. The headsculpt on this figure is nothing special, it seems like its the same DiBiase figure head that we've been seeing for years at this point, it looks decent, but definitely not photorealistic by any standards. i do like the paint apps to the hair on this figure-Ted was given a chestnut color for his hair with light brown streaks darted within and it looks really good to me. The attire is good; seems to be the standard suited body most likely the exact same formula as his Legends 9 figure now with double jointed elbows. The suit color is a light teal color with metallic silver designs and pocket trim throughout. i will say i am kindof let down that mattel didnt do anything special about the suit-as we remember the original suit was a sparkly, sequined masterpiece that showed of the glamor and brilliance of the million dollar man's far reaching financial abilities---this suit is just a flat color. i wish they would have molded the figure in metallic plastic or some sort of dichroic plastic ala Seth Rollins, Teddy looks like a Vegas casino valet or something. Ted's Pants are matching and have a silver stripe down either side and finishing up the figure are Ted's black and white wrestling boots. For accessories we were given the Million Dollar Belt and an older current age Ted DiBiase head. im not super liking the current age Ted, i think the cheeks need to be fuller or something but i just think the likeness is kindof lost on this head. i do like the included glasses, they look great and fit the figure quite well, but i really just dont see Ted Dibiase in this head. As Far as the million dollar belt, i think we all agree that at this point that needs a re-visit as far as making it look a little more shiny, sparkly and like the actual championship belt. all in all this was a great little opportunity to get an 'updated' Ted Dibiase elite figure. i like the fact that Ted was the chase figure and they offered two different suit colors; i do however wish that they would have done something a little more special as the actual clothing item was sparkly and sequined and this offering portrays it as a solid fabric. i would have also like to have seen a new classic headsculpt as the one they used is the original ted head and it doesnt hold up to the new standard of realism. the next Ted should be an Ultimate Edition with cloth suit and VAC championship 😎 Legends 20 final thoughts legends 20 was not the highest ranking in excitement for me to be completely honest. i was probably 1/4 excited for this series; The Ted figure was really the only one i would have actively sought out and bought due to the fact that i needed to have a ted in my collection. i had no interest in the rubber top Mr.Perfect, i already have the ultimate edition triple h so i didnt see a need to get the elite version(but i still did...) and i have 0% interest in the greg valentine rock & roll figure. Legends 20 comes after the D'lo/Kama/Undertaker/Brother Love series that ranked pretty high for me and comes before the Legends 21 Hogan/Shiek/Andre/Jimmy Hart series that ALSO ranks really high for me. i think this offering of characters could have worked had mattel made some attire design changes or choices but as they come from the package they leave a bit to be desired(imo).

Happy Superstar Saturday y'all!! i was out for another trip this past week but i was feeling pretty good on hunting purchases, so i didnt really wander around and look for anything in stores. i had placed an order on ringside for damaged box unmatched 7 Thunder Rosa, Damaged box Survivor Series Shawn Michaels, and the AEW commentator set, all came in and look AEWsome, really happy with those purchases. also despite not being able to find them in store, i did order the Legends Greatest Hits Ultimate Warrior and British Bulldog from target.com--both figures ive never owned previously they also are in house by now and look great, cant wait to share the pics and thoughts. TODAY i think we are gonna talk about a GREATEST HITS FIGURE!!! Greatest Hits BatistaBombing into the reviews today is the reissue of Bluetista! i really wasnt a huge fan of this attire when Dave wore it, i didnt own the original Bluetista figure but i had been figure hunting all day and wanted to go home with something so here we are with this figure in hand 😂 i really think it was a bit of a goofy idea and the fact that the fans made a meme out of the attire calling him 'Bluetista' was fun. i personally didnt like the look on Dave, the arm sleeves were a bit much to the look and the blue was too bright compared to his usual attire palette, but Dave rocked it. The headsculpt on this figure looks great. underneath the included Drivers cap and sunglasses, we get a serious, straight faced focused Dave and the TrueFX was applied great to my figure i see Dave's likeness from all directions. at the time Dave was sporting some shorter and darker hair and beard combo which was captured and executed great on this figure. going down the figure we were given the 'batista'/ron simmons torso and it looks great for this era of the animal. his tattoos were captured pretty good, the right arm tattoo was printed a little too far back on the upper shoulder on my figure so i have to twist his arm to an unnatural position to get the deco to line up. mattel made out easy on the tattoo deco with this figure as he is wearing the obnoxious blue armsleeves, but mattel continued the detail of his hand tattoos below the sleeve so that was cool, even the interchangeable hands feature the deco. Batista is wearing bold blue trunks with -- what was a Gracie Jiu Jitsu logo in white on the back. Going down the figure, Dave was given some short blue kneepads with black trim on the top that lead into some blue legsleeves that cover his entire lower legs. this figure was given the Big E style short boots with the strapped ankle, not entirely accurate as Dave was wearing some air jordans i feel like they coudve picked a more unique shoe mold but i guess they did what they could at the time. all in all, honestly not my favorite figure of all time. the main draw to Batista figures especially in the modern era are all of his tattoos and this sleeved out attire covers almost all of them up. it was cool to get the figure in this attire the first time around, but i dont know that many fans were clamoring for a re-release of the Bluetista figure in the greatest hits line. i kinda understand that EVERY figure in the greatest hits line cant be a return of a heavy hitter, but bringing back Bluetista was a little bit of a wasted spot.

Happy Slammin Sunday y'all continuing the reviews today with another Greatest Hits Elite figure!! Greatest Hits Harley Racecoming in today is probably the BEST figure to come out of the Greatest Hits figure line so far--the ever illusive and highly controversial KING HARLEY RACE figure!! i was able to score the original figure a year or so ago from the evil liquidation guy on ebay who seemed to be the pusher man for this figure and the series as a whole. i purchased the entire wave of figures for ~$250 which he was also asking for the Harley figure solo, so it made enough sense to me. we all remember the bungle of distribution for this wave and figure so im SO GLAD that mattel made the decision to re-release this figure to the masses. so i have the original Elite King Harley which i opened for posing and display, i bought a new Greatest Hits Elite figure to keep MOC, and then saw another on the pegs at my local target---which i decided to leave for someone else to find, and THEN i saw ANOTHER on the pegs at my local wal mart in a damaged box so i felt like the universe was just pushing it in my face at that point so i bought it to open up also for posing and display. Really no major differences between the original elite and the greatest hits figure other than the inclusion of double jointed elbows, and no BAF Commissioner Shawn Michaels parts. This King Harley comes with a purple crown and cape, both look pretty good and fit the figure great. mattel added some relief sculpting in his hair to allow the crown to fit better, it is somewhat noticeable-like he had a headband on but the next best solution would have been to make the crown bigger which wouldnt have looked as good. the cape is the dreaded molded rubber and i absolutely hate it, its bulky and stiff and made of rubber. the cape clasps together near the neck with a golden plastic piece that plugs into the opposite side; it works well. the headsculpt on this figure looks pretty good, we get Harley sporting his golden blonde hair in a neutral, straight faced expression. i can definitely see the likeness to Harley in the sculpting and the TrueFX was applied great to my figure, i think the eye deco couldve used a little work but it all is acceptable. really hoping for some more Harley Race figures to pop up in the future, we could use a new headsculpt and need more representation of his glorious career. Harley was given the 'Jim Duggan' torso which i think works just fine for Harley--he was always a pretty bulky guy and had a full torso so this was a good choice. all of Harley's tattoos are represented on this figure, we get the bird tattoo on his left bicep and the two peacocks on his forearms and they look great, the paint apps are crisp and clear. Harley comes to the ring in this look wearing some royal purple colored trunks with a big golden crown on the back, matching dark purple kneepads, white socks with purple stripes raised above the boot and some light purple boots with crown deco on the outsides. all in all this King Harley Race figure is a MUST HAVE. 10/10 GO GET IT. if you see it buy one. if you see it again buy another. Harley Race was a badass and im glad they re--released this figure so everyone has a chance to fill that spot in their collection!

Coming in today with a small little update today; i got a new computer the other day 🥳🥳🥳 i had been riding with my PC for a little over 10 years at this point-i was able to browse and watch videos just fine, but putting the computer under any type of 'task' would cause it to freeze??? monitored my temps, checked my drivers consistently, could never seem to get to the root of the issue and fix it permanently so i caved in and used my Black Friday funds to bring a new PC into the fold and i love it so far. looking forward to getting into some gaming again 🎮 ANYWAYS i stopped off at my local wal mart for a late night shopping run and i found a brand new fresh case of E105 out on the pegs!!! 🚨🚨🚨 I most definitely scooped up my BIG POPPA PUMP figure, i was on the verge of getting the Iyo Sky figure too it looked really good, but im sure itll be there for awhile ill have another opportunity to grab it. TODAY however i have a figure that i picked up amongst all of my random toy hunts in the past few weeks....... Basic 131 Baron Corbinso i typically dont really even bother with basic figures unless they are in a really unique Street gear or a suited mold-hopefully the new upcoming articulation will change that but for now i only look out for those types of figures. so in all of my journeys across the states and cities and counties not finding any elites to bring home i usually cave and end up buying something to make all the effort seem worth it. i am a Corbin fan and seeing his basic hanging out in numerous locations i decided to bring one home. the headsculpt on this figure is REALLY really good, i can immediately see the likeness of him from any angle i look at the figure. the TrueFx paint apps came out looking really good and crisp aswell- my only complaint is that it seems like his eyes are looking off in a weird direction--but they are both aligned and it doesnt make him look too goofy. Baron Corbin is coming to the ring wearing a brown suit with a black button up undershirt--the brown is really cool on this suit there almost seems to be a bit of a gold metallic sheen molded into the plastic, i dig it. Corbin scales well enough against other suited figures. all in all this is a good suited Corbin figure. there isnt really anything ultra exciting happening with the appearance of the figure, just a Baron Corbin in a brown suit, but i do enjoy collecting suited figures for promo pics and backstage events.

coming in today with a ☯️WHOLE DAM SHOW☯️ WEDNESDAY Ruthless Aggression Ultimate Rob Van Damcoming in today is MR. MONDAY NIGHT, MR. PPV, THE WHOLE DAM SHOW, ONE OF A KIND, ROB. VAN. DAM. i was over the moon excited for the Ultimate version of RVD, he has by far and above my favorite figures to collect. this RVD comes to us with THREE interchangeable headsculpts and they all look great!! we got the classic RVD confident smiling sculpt we have seen on all his past elites this time updated with TrueFx paint apps, an open mouthed shouting RVD, and a somewhat neutral soft smirking RVD sculpt. all of the headsculpts have TrueFx paint apps and they turned out looking great, theyre all very expressive and capture RVDs likeness perfectly. a neat addition for this ultimate figure is the new interchangeable ponytail sculpts for changing his ponytail to reflect some mid air posing. this RVD comes to us in his One Night Stand gear where he defiantly defeated JOHN CENA for the WWE championship--becoming a DOUBLE WORLD CHAMPION in the ECW arena. the VanDaminator is wearing a black singlet with a red dragon surrounded by barbed wire designs on the front and a yin yang logo with red bolts emitting on the back. The designs hold true to the actual attire and im really happy we got this iconic attire in figure form--GREATLY anticipating more RVD ultimate and elite figures. going down the figure RVD was given legsleeve style kneepads and standard black kickpads with white Van Dam logo down the sides. for accessories this RVD was given a black chair and the WWE spinner championship that has the spinning action that we saw originally come with the E100 john cena. to be completely honest, this belt spins WAY better than my E100 championship, i do remember having to slightly modify my E100 spinner to get it to spin somewhat decently but this one packaged with RVD spins really nicely. i would have somewhat preferred that they had ditched the folding chair for an ECW championship to commemorate this special moment for RVD, but the chair is just as appropriate an accessory. all in all this ultime RVD is 10/10 worth picking up and DESERVES a spot in everyone's collection. it looks great, it poses great, the included headsculpts all look awesome, i just wish that the distribution for this figure was a little better, i had to cave in and buy this figure on the secondary market i traveled all over the central region for months and didnt see any of the RA ultimates on the shelves.

🚨🚨🚨🚨 🦃HAPPY THANKSGIVING ALL YOU TURKEYS🦃 TODAY BIG POPPA PUMP IS SERVING A BIG PLATTER OF PEAKS FOR ALL THE FREAKS TO FEAST UPON 🚨🚨🚨🚨 E105 Scott Steiner🚨🚨🚨🚨 GIMME A FACKING MIC flexing into the reviews today is the highly anticipated debut to the elite line of Big Poppa Pump himself, Scott Steiner! 💪 i was super excited for this figure-- a little bit more excited for the Scott WCW Ultimate we missed out on from the WCW stage crowdfund, but im sure we'll get that look shortly. This Scotty comes to us from his 2003 run in WWE that i remember vividly as i was definitely tuning in every week to catch the action. i was rooting for scotty hard in his feud against triple h but he unfortunately fell victim to the reign of terror. This Scott comes to us with a brand new headsculpt and some entrance gear; the entrance gear is comprised of his iconic chainmail headdress and black sporty sunglasses. they both looks great and fit the figure well, the chainmail is a tad bit oversized and kindof 'floats' on the figures head a bit but it clears the sunglasses and looks good otherwise. the only other way i think that mattel could have made this work would be to somehow do softgoods trying to imitate the chainmail but i still think i prefer the molded. i think a little black wash would make the chainmail look awesome, im gonna give it a go here soon. the gunglasses are very scott steiner styled and they look great on the figure. mine kinda sit weird inside of the figure's ears instead of ontop of them but i can live with it. the headsculpt looks incredible it really capture's scott's likeness quite well, it portrays Scott in a neutral expression but it still works great for posing, im sure an ultimate figure will be coming down the line and we'll most definitely get a shouting head. alongside the brand new head mattel APPROPRIATELY gave Scotty his own brand new torso and arm sculpts. big props to mattel for this they really look great, the torso features Big Popps Pump's well defined pecs and abs with molding that captures the striations of the muscles and the arms really show off Freakzilla's massive Bicep Peaks. im personally really happy with mattels sculpting, could they big bigger? Big Poppa Pump says yes, no one can top his massive gains and his action figures should really put definition to the gap between himself and his foes but mattel did good for now. as mentioned this figure appears to be from the 2003 era of scott's career so he comes to the ring wearing some red tights with silver FREAKZILLA logo on the back, and silver tribal 'S' logo on the outside of the thighs. they also feature the outline for his '69' logo but for obvious reasons did not include the actual symbol. finishing up this figure are some tall black boots. all in all this is a freakishly good debut to the elite line for the big bad booty daddy. mattel couldve just as easily spit out a figure in the warrior torso and new headsculpt but they did it up special for Scotty and i really like that. we know they have the tooling for an ultimate Scott so thats gotta be in the pipeline and THE NUMBERS WONT LIE Scott's elite will sell hard and they will give us Hulk Hogan Levels of new Scott figures to satiate our demands. HOLLA IF YA HEAR ME

Man you are hard-core. I love it. Usually when a company stops producing a line of toys and then tries to restart it years later the experts are no longer on board. You probably have the experience to work for mattel right now with your knowledge of all the figures. Keep up the good work

Man you are hard-core. I love it. Usually when a company stops producing a line of toys and then tries to restart it years later the experts are no longer on board. You probably have the experience to work for mattel right now with your knowledge of all the figures. Keep up the good work thanks! i appreciate the kind words! 🙏 there are some guys out there with far more knowledge than me im walking the razors edge being a hobbyist and a 'professional' lol im just really passionate about wrestling figures and i like to share with others! coming in today with a superstar saturday today!! Legends Greatest Hits British BulldogSlamming into the reviews today is the Legends Greatest Hits appearance by the British Bulldog originally appearing allll the way back from legends series 3. This was a great figure choice to include by mattel, we have been seeing a lot of Bulldog figures as of late-all across the board as far as timeline for his career and this was a great figure to pop back up. I never owned the original Bulldog Legends figure so i was pretty excited at the opportunity to snatch up this re-release. This Bulldog figure comes to us from his 1996-1997 era of his career where he was sporting a shorter hair look and had joined up with the Hart Foundation. The headsculpt on this figure looks great for its era, we get Bulldog with some short slicked back hair in a confident, determined, sporty, teeth bearing expression and it looks good for bulldog. i do feel like the sculpting makes him look a bit 'chipmunk-y' in that his cheeks seem a little too full from some angles and with his teeth showing like that---it does read a little chimpunk expression to my eyes but all in all i do see the likeness to bulldog in there. the body recipe for this figure is pretty perfect i think; we get that taller guy 'not-so ripped' road warrior hawk torso for Bulldog and its a great choice for the physique he was utilizing during this era of his career. Bulldog was given a softgoods Hart Foundation Vest for entrance gear and it is amazing; mattel used a really cool silver fabric to imitate the look of the zipper and its just 'chefs kiss' it looks amazing. This figure was also given some bicep tassels for ring gear and for some reason mattel opted to go with the old style, fully molded tassles over the new style, articulated arm tassels we've been seeing on the ultimate warrior figures for MONTHS now. the old style tassels kindof suck they get in the way and they splay out way too far for practical posing. Bulldog comes to the ring wearing some iconic blue Union Jack trunks, the designs were all printed clean, crisp and centered on my figure. Davey Boy also was sporting matching Union Jack designed kneepads and his signature white boot tassles over some red boots. all in all this is a great 1997 era British Bulldog figure. the body recipe is great, the headsculpt looks good and the attire produces a great aesthetic. at this point we're getting this figure and the new Ultimate Bret from the late 90's Hart foundation, hopefully we see a new neidhart and Pillman to complete the lineup shortly! i do kinda wish that this figure had come with either a tag belt or European championship belt to complete the look.

Happy Slammin Sunday y'all!! its a snowy sunday out here by us today 😭 not ready for the snow just yet just i think ill be able to survive it just fine. no real new figure stuff happening for black friday this year, was hoping to see some deeper cuts in the RSC black friday sales but nothing too enticing just yet. i went to my local stores real quick as well, but still nothing new or exciting happening on the pegs; looks like we'll be closing out the last month of the year on a quiet note--which is okay we had a crazy summer for new purchases. i cant wait to do the end of the year wrap up, really enjoy looking back at the entire year to recall what we've seen for releases and how they rank as far as excitement factors. COMING IN TODAY Legends Greatest Hits Ultimate WarriorSo what would any mattel greatest hits line be without an ultimate warrior figure 😂 Sprinting into the reviews today is the return of the Wal Mart flashback Ultimate Warrior from Royal Rumble 1991 where Warrior faced against Sgt Slaughter for the WWF championship! I will say that this figure was due a re-release as it does typically seem to be rare and expensive on the secondary market so mattel did a great job of putting those fires out. As mentioned, this is a re-release of the wal mart flashback collection Warrior which depicts Warrior in his all american inspired gear from RR '91. The headsculpt is one of the original elite warrior heads that was released years ago and it works well for this figure and look. We get warrior portrayed in a shouting, determined, confident expression wearing Red, White and Blue facepaint. mattel did a great job with the hair, imo they added some light brown highlights to his dark brown hair and it looks great. going down the figure, warrior was given the classic shredded heavyweight torso--a staple for all warrior figures. on this figure they opted to give warrior the old style molded bicep tassels--i mean i guess just because it is a reissue but i had really hoped they would upgrade to the articulated arm tassels. finishing up his arm gear are some red, white and blue wristbands each with a contrasting warrior facepaint logo. this Warrior comes to the ring wearing some white trunks with little red and blue warrior facepaint logos applied diagonally on the front and the back features a large warrior logo with stars and stripes inside of it. Warrior comes with blue kneepads that continue the trunks design style with red and white warrior logos applied diagonally on the front of them and red articulated tassels on the sides. finishing up this figure are some white boot tassles and white boots with a small red warrior logo on the toe. for accessories the warrior comes with the exclusive purple strap wwf winged eagle championship and sceptor accessory. all in all this is a really cool warrior figure that im glad was able to be re-released by mattel. i was most excited for the purple strap championship because the VERY FIRST wrestling VHS i watched was the SGT slaughter vs Hulk Hogan Wrestlemania match and that purple strap belt provided an iconic image to me as a kid. the warrior figure is really just a classic warrior figure but in a different attire-theyre all the same (they always have been). i do recall the warrior doing an exclusive run with jakks back in the day and the RR91 attire was chosen and it was a super rare figure or something like that--i laugh because mattel just gave it to us 😝 i do still however feel like the figure is worth the pickup for the collection, its a great look and comes with that purple strap title.
