Does anyone know if Braun's brother "Brains Strowman" is still employed by the WWE though?!?! Sounds like a nickname for Ryback.

They should let Jeff go he’s better than jobbing This. I honestly don’t get their thinking with veterans like Jeff. The guy is still crazy over yet he’s jobbing in the lower midcard to guys like Elias. Meanwhile in the main event we’re getting Drew/Lashley for the one millionth time. You can’t tell me Jeff in a top feud wouldn’t peak fan interest.

Spot on.So sad how legends like Jeff & Rey have been used the last few years as mid card to lower card guys jobbing left and right.Yes both are in their 40s but can still go in the ring and the fans still love them. You would think they would be used a hell of a lot better with how shallow the main event scene is in WWE and again are two active full time legends that can still go.Both are proven draws and theirs very few on the main roster.Only guys on the main roster I would consider draws to a degree are Reigns,Rollins,Styles,Bryan(who might be gone) and then Wyatt who's character and career has been put into shambles.

To anyone who doesn’t think Vince would sell, give me a break. Vince doesn’t give a damn about legacy or honoring his father. He broke his fathers wish and took the company National, effectively killing the territories. There’s only one thing that drives McMahon and that’s money. If Vince can sell for $8-$10billion I 100% think that he would be in negotiation mode. I don’t think he has faith in Steph or Hunter to carryon the company

Way too much not wanting to burn bridges from a lot of these people. And while I totally support that professionally, makes them look like idiots a tad bit. Reading Aleisters comments from things he talked about today, “oh everything and everyone at WWE was great and supportive and creative was great and everyone even Vince had my back”, yeah but my dude you took off in NXT and then your career essentially went straight to the toilet and you sat in catering for months and they cut you a week or so after starting a new “angle”. Clearly what you are saying is not adding up. Same with the others somewhat.

He’s gonna start wearing a singlet, shave his beard, and stand in front Of Ryback. He’ll be called Ryfront! And the two will walk in a line together! AEW NEEDS to get on this! It’s a million dollar idea!!

Clearly what you are saying is not adding up. Same with the others somewhat. Agreed. With Braun, I get it. The WWE made him a star for a bit and he doesn’t seem to have any desire to work anywhere else. He’ll probably be brought back in a few years (maybe sooner) as long as he doesn’t do anything stupid. The rest though, don’t make sense. You nailed it with Aleister. With Murphy, the guy was a big part of Raw a year ago in the Rey/Rollins feud, and they even started the angle with Rey’s daughter before dropping him into obscurity. Ruby was putting on great matches in 2017/2018, and then they just started jobbing her like crazy. With Lana, they put her in a cuck angle against her real life husband (and by all reports was not comfortable with this either). I don’t see why any of them would have a desire to return (outside of Braun) and why any would hold back if there’s any hard feelings due to their time in the fed.

I’d love to see Black and Ruby in AEW. Ruby would be great for the women’s division. Black will be huge wherever he goes, but I hope it’s AEW. Unfortunately I’m pretty sure Lana shows up there as well. I know he’s not popular here, but I love Braun. I don’t really want to see him in AEW, they already have a Big Show. Impact might be best for him. Although I’m weirdly intrigued by the thought of a John Silver/Braun Strowman tag team.
Let Jeff Hardy be with his brother for one last run. I like the way that AEW uses Legends. They help get younger guys over without jobbing them out. Jungle Boy looked better tossing Christian than he would’ve anyone else on the roster. Jeff could still be a big thing world title challenger. He shouldn’t win it, but he’d be a huge, believable threat. Better than jobbing to Jaxon Ryker.

Braun's train ran on coal. Unacceptable in today's green world. They had to get rid of him.

I could see Braun transitioning to movies and being the big ugly criminal/bodyguard/bully/hired muscle/third guy from the left.
If Lana doesn't hang them up, I think we see her move to AEW to reunite with Miro.
Tommy End and Heidi Lovelace either go to AEW or Japan, and that's me hoping. I think these two will fare the best out of everyone cut today.
Santana and Murphy probably go to Impact.

Every time there are releases and people get upset we get the “they release people every year” and “this is how business works, all businesses do this.” Obviously. Doesn’t mean we shouldn’t get upset when our favorites are on the chopping block. Yes, many of them can find success elsewhere. Hell maybe even more success than they had in the fed. But for some of us, we aren’t really into the other companies. It’s like having a favorite show and your favorite character gets written off. Will that actor or actress go on to be part of another show? Sure. Does that mean you will enjoy the new show they are on? Not always. So yeah, it will always suck at first seeing someone you are a fan of get written off. Plus I’m not really excited to see America and God lead Cody Rhodes overcome the evil Satanist from Amsterdam Tommy End. Though please do sign me the up for a proper End/PAC match. And I actually think Murphy would be the perfect opponent for Omega. Plus on a personal level I’d love to see Heidi use the Sally Stitches gimmick in Freelance Wrestling out of Chicago again. Just because you aren’t a fan of someone that gets released, doesn’t mean it’s not a big loss to those who are.

Why would Vince ever want to sell the company he & the rest of his family have worked so hard all these years to build. If anything he would probably leave it to Hunter, Stephanie, & Shane to run when he eventually passes on. Then with all the space that was made available over the last two years by releasing so much talent it has created some room for some new talent to get their opportunity to be in NXT & WWE. True. Also as a joint stock company, they are obliged to aim for the highest profit possible, even without corona pandemic. Strowman was most likely not profitable with his high wages and his rather not so high performance (merchandise sales, ratings, etc). Black was the next big thing for me, so I am indeed very shocked. However if he indeed violated the social media rules I can understand the reason. No matter if you agree with WWEs philosophy or not, if you work for them they cannot let you get away with it, otherwise they would have 330 employees who wouldn’t care about the rules. Nevertheless Selina Vega has proven that these issues don’t close the door forever and can be fixed. Here’s hope for a soon return as he has really the potential to become one if WWEs top faces.

I genuinely worry how some people here cope in real life situations.

Oh, well, at keast Mattel will be happy, they no longer have to budget for Black's tattoo deco - especially since he's added more ink. At least we got three figures. Im not suprised by any of them. Black sucked, Strowman sucked even worse and Lana sucks, Ruby Riott didnt offer much other than a quirky look. Vince as usual gets it pretty much spot on. "Black sucked"... Well this an uninformed, piss-poor "take", if ever I saw one. In what way does/or did Black suck? Great look, a fantastic promo, and can wrestle any style you could think of. I still dont understand the over reactions by "fans" on the internet. The whole "Im never watching again", "you've lost me as a fan" even as far as wishing death on Vince.... Ive literally seen them part with Hulk Hogan, Ric Flair, Ultimate Warrior, Macho Man, The Rock and Steve Austin....Every single one of them bigger than any wrestler they've released in the past 10-15 years and WWE & the wrestling world still moves on. Yeah, but you forget... the bestest wrestling company in the history of wrestling, with the bestest ever booking, and bestest, richest, most saintly, super-geek, mark, owner/booker, didn't exist then...

Murphy and Black want to wrestle. They should thank the WWE for releasing them from that entertainment-based product. Now they can go do what they originally wanted to do, and not be given a script for a vignette/interview/bit that wastes 15-20 min of a true wrestling fan's time.
