I have had these legs in a fodder box for years and now want to find more and for the life of me I can't tell where or what they are from!? They have the BAF peg and are shorting them most other pants molds and can't figure out what figure or BAF they are from! Here are some pics that might help if anyone could identify what they are. They look like black legs so it would be one of the following...
Paul Bearer, Michael Cole, The Fink, Ricardo Rodriguez, Gorilla Monsoon, Danny Davis ref (unlikely as had painted belt), Paul Ellering (see Danny Davis)
To my knowledge all of these listed except Monsoon had shorter/average sized legs...Monsoon has longer/taller legs.
There is a possibility it could be a regular suited release as well as parts are often recycled. The Hall of Fame Jimmy Hart actually uses build a figure parts.

I looked at all of those and the issue is they all have the dress shoe mold and the one I have is more of a wrestling boot style. I thought it might be the Mr. McMahon Network Spot light but they are slightly different. I went through a checklist of about every mattel WWE figure and and still can't find it I don't get it lol! IRS had the black Build A Figure Legs, I don't know if they are too big though

First thing that came to mind was the Vince McMahon Network Spotlight. In fact, I’m 99% sure those are the Vince spotlight figure legs.
