Well I tried starting a new Franchise but now I get to the part where you pick your team and one I click X to start franchise it says
"please wait.." but it just sits there and like freezes, The disc is in good condition and all that and it suddenly just happened. Is there any way I can fix it? I can play every other mode fine.

To my knowledge, there's no way of fixing it :-\.
