Mitch is not doing himself any favors there. It’s greedy. But he is selling his leftover stock with a nice increase too. Slightly imperfect MOCs of Ahmed and Soultrain for USD 78 and loose figures for USD 48 is a statement. For us by us was yesterday. Yeah I gotta say that is pretty sleezy. I’ve defended grapplers and gimmicks, supported Mitch even felt bad for him when the major pod guys pile on. Maybe we are starting to see the carny side of Mitch that Meyers and cardona speak of. Regardless if they are going for more on eBay , either sell them privately on eBay or put 5-10 bucks mark up as cheaper price was pre order exclusive. Imagine if zombie kept a bunch of jaretts and l sold them for 100 bucks. Comes off very unprofessional and lost some respect for him. Say what you want about zombie , he could have sold his damage card ones for more when market was at its peak, but sold them at a discounted rate. This about sums it up for me. For a guying trying to enter a pretty competitive market the scalping of his own figures seems like a basic no no. I would think he would want to get these into the hands as many collectors as possible and hope to create repeat customers. Same thing with the SD comic-con repaint for $90. I’m sure he can probably sell 100 of them but how many people did he turn off in the meantime? I just picked up two Mike “Booger” Shaw for less. I’m starting to become a ZST fan simply because his process seems more thought out and he pays attention to detail. |

I am also very pleased with the talent he is doing for the most part actually being guys that fall relatively close to the time period I'd want. ZST is going in the wrong direction IMO, if he wants to be ultra-realistic, why not just save that for the 6" line where that is what people actually want? And damn, the stuff the MWFP guys are doing with the LJN and Bend Em' styles, and the names they've been getting. I could imagine what they could do with a Hasbro style line. Matt has sworn up and down it'll never happen, and I assume this is because they're so buddy buddy with Zombie. I do hope they're bluffing though and maybe they do have something coming. |

I may have said it before and I may be late but that Mabel really is the closest thing I’ve seen to a Hasbro yet. Bravo on whoever made that one.

Thought Mitch was supposed to have variant versions of Mo and Mabel for SDCC too? Don't think I ever saw those go up. And someone else said something about them being purple and black gear, but don't know if that was ever confirmed? Was there ever a photo of them in the variant gear?

Rush announced that Asylum has picked up their order and will begin shipping soon. For reference: I placed my order on 6/10 (my dad’s birthday RIP) of last year. Odds are I’ll be traveling when this arrives but I’ll be sure to do a review after I return! Any requests for photos or comparisons? Thought Mitch was supposed to have variant versions of Mo and Mabel for SDCC too? Don't think I ever saw those go up. And someone else said something about them being purple and black gear, but don't know if that was ever confirmed? Was there ever a photo of them in the variant gear? Pretty sure people were making assumptions based on his teases. |

Orient Express are supposed to be coming now… if the proportions weren't so off, it would look much better I need to see it next to something. The figure doesn’t look bad to me but his mass looks to be closer to Yoko than Bam Bam or Earthquake. |
