I can't believe Mitch put out that drawing of the Bulldog. He's been on a roll with some good stuff -- but that looks like it could be one of the worst ever. it’s a drawing… give it a break |

(Australia) Booger was around £60-£65 with postage, so another 10 puts it closer to what his figures were originally costing for international buyers which was £80. They seem to be a little bit cheaper, but I'm gonna wait until he's got a figure that I absolutely want before spending that much. |

(Australia) Yep. The type of amateurish stuff I should have expected. Asked for another $8 to the UK. The guy's a hack and legit carny asking for additional money after the sale. Here's an idea just ship them standard instead of 1st Class and pocket the difference. Another idea would be to click the box that allows us to choose standard shipping in general. Once in the box makes no difference to him. I know for a fact the cheaper shipping options have been hidden!!!! |

He put it out into the world on his own; what I am I supposed to do but evaluate it? What i wrote is my impression, which I'm entitled to.

I'm already gearing myself for a fight as I've paid for the Bastion Booger figure (I'm in Australia too), still haven't received any order confirmation despite funds going across, and am now seeing these additional charges apparently floating around.... Having watched his interview video with Sam Roberts (in which he says very little to be honest - it's all Sam doing the talking and hyping/promotions with the odd question thrown in), his Retro offer looked really nice standing next to/amongst one another...if I run into some trouble here, I think I'm completely done on ZST stuff.... |

I’m not an international buyer, but that still turns me off. If you’re the seller at that point, you eat the $10 x international units sold. We know it can’t be all that many considering Boog is limited to around 2.3k. So say it’s 500. You shell out $5k for customer goodwill if you plan on sticking around a while. Bush league is right.

Wow - just saw 3 Tony Norris' sold for 100 each on eBay. Granted, only 3 -- but that's still a lot! I'm seeing the prices coming down a fair bit on Hasbro and retros lately. ZST's pink Sabu is £50 on there, which is currently cheaper than buying it direct from ZST. There's still some silly prices on there, though. I think in general the economy is really sinking, people don't seem to be buying much. I've had stuff for sale for ages for what I thought was market price, but nothing is moving. And the fact Zombie dumped more inventory of S1 and a couple others about a month ago, so now there's more out there and lesser demand. |

I love ZST’s figures, but I do feel the additional charge for shipping after the fact is in terrible taste. He charged a whopping $31 for shipping to Canada, which is definitely an overpriced estimate. I love the Booger figure though, and couldn’t miss it. Hopefully by the time he puts series 3 and the 6 inch line up for sale he has the shipping sorted out.

File a complaint with the better business bureau would be my advice for this kind of shady practice. It’s unfortunate because i would like to support his 6/7inch line. I cant pay one price upfront and then expected to pay more once the company decides to change the price or their cost changes in the meantime.

He should honor the original shipping. You can't just send out an email asking for more money after the financial transaction has gone through.

Given I believe we should all have the opportunity in this forum to both criticise and congratulate manufacturers and final products, I do feel it's important to note that I reached out to ZST Customer Service with my aforementioned enquiry and within a matter of hours I had a pleasant response, a clear explanation as to why and what had occurred, and a confirmation email immediately sent through as I'd requested. Additionally, I have not yet had any correspondence sent through requesting any additional international postage costs, but given the quick and clear interaction and experience today, I am more likely to consider the potential additional charge a nuisance and minor inconvenience for wanting the figure in my collection. Nothing ground breaking, but a little win worth noting. |

I had my Bastion Booger order cancelled merely because I asked for the additional charge to be looked at. Asking for another $8 took the total to more than being charged for shipping on zombiesailor.com.
Was just told to reorder if I wanted it! Totally unnecessary attitude.
That's me finished. The whole scene makes me laugh.

I paid 38 for shipping about six hours after they went on sale and haven't had an email.. yet. TBF if he is gonna lose his ass on shipping I don't blame him asking for extra but thats just me. I released a 12" last month for a very hyped band (playing Reading festival next month  ) and lost my ass on shipping to Americans when I was under by £2 on every order, so when it came for Canadian/South American orders I asked for extra and everyone paid without fail. |
