As highlighted I think Chella’s product is evolving rapidly, and they are improving their product the more resource become available to them. Chella and ZST have two very different approaches to figures and it’s interesting to watch how both manage their lines. Zombies look very cool and he has stayed as true as possible to how they where designed back in the day. However Chella are definitely holding their own. It will be amazing to see the end of year figure total would be for retros once Mattel get involved too.

Yeah, I only got the ones I did because a) I think it's the only Baron von Raschke figure, and b) I'm a big Scott Hall fan. There was a Baron Von Raschke by the company that shall not be mentioned. Would that be the same legends line with Wahoo McDaniels, Eddie Gilbert and Ox Baker? What are those figures like? I need to track those three down but feel like I found out about them too late.

Sadly I haven't gotten around to getting any of the Remco figures I want, don't know how I'd feel about Remco style. No real nostalgia attatched to them. They had more articulation than LJNs or Hasbros, so that was a plus. The entrance gear was nice as well. The Remco molds are owned by Zoloworld (who are more famous for their protective cases), they planned a (generic) wrestling line however almost 10 years later now they still haven't released them just a generic fantasy line where they used AWA's Nord the Barbarian (WWF's Berzerker) as "Hercules - Son of Zeus".

Remco’s are not something that tempted me on any real level with one except: Buddy Rose. He was a local legend and my Dad’s favorite wrestler. My Dad is the reason I got into wrestling in the first place so it felt like a fitting tribute.

I really do find the Chella figures tempting. I can't say a part of me wouldn't like to get Hayabusa, Bull, Haystacks, and the new Adam Bomb.

I actually think you would dig them dude, in hand they are awesome and the effort put into the packaging alone is impressive, Hasbro style box but also incredibly durable. I have all releases and all announced figures on preorder. Dynamite Kid and Hayabusa I think will be incredible, and I actually think Adam Bomb will surpass the Hasbro. Not only that, Chella really seem to be a great company and listens to feedback from customers, ie sending orders early to accommodate, investing more income made back into the products, responding to almost all comments on social media, and making changes to products based on feedback (Adam Bomb gloves and eye colour). All that goes a long way with me.

So far with Chella I only have Nick Aldis in hand and Nakano pre-ordered. I wanted Ethan Page, but dragged my feet. I feel like AEW will make him anyway so it's not too bad. Josh Shernoff is my only regret on skipping.

Any reason why you regret that?

Because I doubt he'll get another figure, and will be harder to get.

Out of all the figures announced, Bundy is the one that excites me most. The artwork looks perfect. I really hope the price point that was mentioned ($100) was a joke or meant to troll certain people. It would be great to see a chase version based off of the story Myers told on the MWFP (short version is Bundy didn’t want to put on his boots and instead wore white New Balance sneakers during one of his matches).

Having read some of the locked threads and comments by "unknown user" I'm sure this has been the only comment that suggests it was a fake account! Surely in no way that was actually the man himself and surprised some the members took the bait. The Bundy price surely was the telling comment to suggest it was a fake.

Actually it was Zombie (Josh) 100%. In no way was that a fake account at all. That was how that “business man” decided to conduct himself, I know it hard to believe and shocking but that’s how it went down.

Wow! Well my feelings for him are 100% validated and then some. Just seemed so unreal. What a way to treat a potential customer base.
I was on board for possibly 2 of each before this past month or so. Crazy.

Holy crapthose comments were from a real account? I thought it was a troll. Jeez.
I get ZST's probably under a lot of stress and pressure right now given he's launching a new line of figures, which he's obviously never done before, and they've not exactly sold out immediately like many predicted.
He's probably very defensive for a number of reasons but if he can't handle his ego he really needs to get someone on his team to handle social media for him. Insulting/degrading customers for (some) valid concerns like that just isn't acceptable business practice.
Since he was opening up international shipping I was considering supporting the line even despite his past passive aggressiveness, but I'll have to think on that now.

That was definitely him. He didn't have a lot of posts, so it had a lot of the hallmarks of potentially being a new troll account, but his account had existed for quite a few years, and it's the same account he came on under on one of the older threads giving detailed explanations as to why the figures were going to cost what they do.

I violated my own darn rule by bringing price into the discussion. Please don’t let this derail this thread.
Moving back on topic:
I’m reorganizing my Hasbro and Retro collection right now. It takes up a massive amount of room and it is hard to make space with some of these new figures in mind. Everything is split up kind of by era. I use 9 rings and some stands but it still looks crowded in some areas! I’m so glad I didn’t use anything more “permanent” to try and get these to stay in place!
Having Bundy and Dino will help though as my top ring features figures from an earlier era and is a bit more sparse. Guys like JYD and Sheik won’t seem so lonely now lol.

Imagine if the things everyone is so keen on trying to avoid discussing here were treated as such taboos over on the Jazwares or the Mattel boards?
