He put it out into the world on his own; what I am I supposed to do but evaluate it? What i wrote is my impression, which I'm entitled to.
i’m sure yours will be much better.
If you go to a movie and hate it, do you just tell yourself "well, I couldn't have made a better one"? I seriously don't understand why everyone has to like everything.

not saying you need to like everything, just don’t get why people are so quick to be negative towards a drawing when the the products so far have been quite good

It's funny because you're presented with a laughable "All sales are final" note when ordering. I made a mistake ordering, and he cancelled and refunded without issue. I didn't make a mistake but had mine cancelled and refunded without warning.

I got an $8 refund from ZST because I’d overpaid for postage

I recieved my Rush retros today. I knew they were going to be meh but they still found a way to disappoint. I’m right there with you. I got my two Larry’s , and it’s a let down. At first I told myself , well Larry doesn’t have a lot going on design wise, just a guy with trunks on. Then I thought about Dino zombie which is a great figure that’s just a guy in trunks not much else. The face seems off, haven’t opened yet but can see paint on inside of bubble by face. Card has a slight bend. Being in the package still the paint looks more like a custom. Think I’m going to pass opening these and resell them. Not sure what I was expecting , but after almost a year of waiting, it’s a bummer. Don’t think il be ordering anymore rush wrestling figures. Il get the monster mashers , but that’s it for wrestling figures unless there’s a must have worth gambling on.

Fair enough. I still don't think you should put out a drawing if you don't want people to comment on and judge it. But I'm certainly happy to be proven wrong if the figure looks a lot better and will wait and see

Sure it will. That new sculptor seems to have a pretty good idea of what he is doing. Bulldog will be similar in style to Drose, Godwins, Carlito and MOM which all look fantastic.

Sketches don't mean much, the sketch by Ron Rudat for series 10/1993 Asst. II Marty Jannetty is beyond ugly. The figure turned out to be nice. The person who makes the sketch, doesn't make the figure. The sketch is just a rough guideline.

Exactly, the sketches (which for g+g are definitely traced from Rudats pictures if you look closely) are just to show what’s to come rather than being how the toy will actually look

Sorry, I want to let this go, but here's my question -- if you all are saying the figure will look different and better than the figure, why release the sketch at all?
Just make the announcement and wait for the prototype

Tbf, the sketches aren't really something we're supposed to see, but after all of the nostalgia for Hasbro and all of the behind the scenes stuff getting hounded after and put out there, it's kind of become a bit of a retro gimmick. I don't mind seeing the sketches, but they're really just that, sketches. The final product will be different. Either way, I'm excited for Bulldog. 💪

I love ZST’s figures, but I do feel the additional charge for shipping after the fact is in terrible taste. He charged a whopping $31 for shipping to Canada, which is definitely an overpriced estimate. I love the Booger figure though, and couldn’t miss it. Hopefully by the time he puts series 3 and the 6 inch line up for sale he has the shipping sorted out. KWK has just announced his shipping at $12US using 4 different suppliers before his preorder goes live. ZST have zero idea and refuse to learn.

He should honor the original shipping. You can't just send out an email asking for more money after the financial transaction has gone through. Actually illegal in this country where he sent it too.

Yep. The type of amateurish stuff I should have expected. Asked for another $8 to the UK. How much did you pay originally? I paid 38 for shipping about six hours after they went on sale and haven't had an email.. yet. TBF if he is gonna lose his ass on shipping I don't blame him asking for extra but thats just me. I released a 12" last month for a very hyped band (playing Reading festival next month ) and lost my ass on shipping to Americans when I was under by £2 on every order, so when it came for Canadian/South American orders I asked for extra and everyone paid without fail. Don't know, sharing from another group.

I had my Bastion Booger order cancelled merely because I asked for the additional charge to be looked at. Asking for another $8 took the total to more than being charged for shipping on zombiesailor.com. Was just told to reorder if I wanted it! Totally unnecessary attitude. That's me finished. The whole scene makes me laugh. Whoa! He'll never change. Could've answered your question and provided some royalties to the family but whatever :-(

KWK has released zero figures and was originally releasing other “officially licensed” figures but forgot to pay the wrestlers or their estates. When confronted about this he basically said what is anyone going to do about it? And to try and find him in China. I bet his customers will have similar experiences. But please tell us again what ZST or anyone else can learn from him.
