Don’t a portion of sales go to all stars or their estate? Is Danhausen getting more of a percentage than others? Does each signed star get to negotiate? Why is Danhausen injury being pushed so hard? Win win for all parties. I think the idea is that his injury is why there’s an early, solo preorder of the figure with the additional accessories. I think it's been pushed forward to help Danhausen himself with his medical bills, which I have absolutely no problem with. I don't know if he's getting a bigger portion than others, but I applaud Zombie for this and being a good human being for wanting to help him out. If it turns out Zombie does get a less cut of the sale than normal and Danhausen gets more to help him out, then Zombie deserves respect IMO. |

Worth pointing out since there’s talk of danhausen being out early and “bonus” accessories: In 8th April 2021 Zombie said regarding danhausen “we are looking at a Halloween release date” although he also said on 2nd April series 1 was “all shipping at once, coming late may” Regarding the accessories, zombie tweeted on 21st June when showing the wax prototype that “he will come with interchangeable hands, bag and stack of money, jar of teeth and a soft goods cape” - so the figure since at least then was known to come with these accessories and no mention of them bring “bonus” at that time. So are they bonus or not? He is now saying they will only be available in the pre order which was not clear or indeed mentioned in that tweet on 21st June. If there was a change that should have been made clear especially someone who people say is great at marketing. Imagine if Mattel advertised a ring coming with a figure or ring skirts or similar then suddenly changed to say the figure or skirts etc are “bonuses” and you would only get them if you pre ordered. When you associate with Ryder, “plans change”  😂😂 |

Didn’t say the accessories were bonus when the figure was first announced, made it sound like all figures would come with the accessories then suddenly it’s a pre order bonus
Days and hours before the figure went up didn’t announce it was a lower price for Black Friday, suddenly drops that bombshell. Maybe because initial sales were not as predicted? Who knows? But surely in the days and hours before it went on pre sake when hyping it he should’ve made it clear there was a Black Friday offer on it?

Zombies business is piss poor on things like this. It should have been promoted beforehand in my opinion, but I guess it could be worse right? Could have been $50.

Man!!!! I love this Danhausen figure. I'm 39, and grew up with Hasbros/Jakks. It definitely doesn't fit with the true Hasbro look, but Danhausen has been the main reason I've gotten back into wresting lately. WWE/AEW have not. Sometimes different is better...including figure style. I will be 100 percent picking this one up.

Love that Danhausen. I wouldn't have bought this because I'm not into retros that much but just to help the guy recover from his injury I ordered one

If he knows people will pay $45 for one, then every series hereafter he can up the price completely to whatever he wants if he's still getting sales. That's BS! That's not gonna go down well with the collecting community that his figures are aimed at, he'll just turn people away from his product. |

Congrats to ZTS and Danhausen for being the #1 selling figure thus far. Great figure that deserves all the accolades it's received. And to think of all the people in this thread who were like, "Who?" Looks like these people are wrong...again.
