Has anyone tried putting the new Vader mask and the v hands on the e31 figure? Pretty certain it would look sick as heck but I have my doubts the new hands are compatible with such an old elite

The old Elite hands weren't meant to be interchangeable. You could probably make it happen, but it's a bit more work than just swapping out two new ones.

The easiest way is to swap the arms. I put the arms of the last Shield Dean Ambrose on one of the older Dean Ambrose figures and it worked fine. I’m sure you could do it with that old Vader to get the V pose. It looks like the mask is the same mask as the other Vader figures, so it should fit. If you’re talking about that swappable head Japanese mask, I have no idea. I put an old Kane head on the RSC UnderKane figure and it worked fine. The opposite will probably work.
