I still can't believe Bill went on Instagram live and defended that HORRENDOUS Ringside Exclusive Bray Wyatt. I must've missed that one. What'd he say in defense of that hunk of plastic? The main issues I have are with wobbly elite torsos, and it seems like the Fan Takeover X-Pac is bowlegged cause it the figure won't stand with his legs straight and the issue starts at the hips.

Yea I noticed with the two fan takeover elites I bought (Gargano and Orton) both had bad QC issues. Orton had noticeable smudge marks on his back and Gargano's eyebrows werent aligned correctly, they looked off and it was very noticeable. Not impressed with the QC lately at all. Glad you brought this up as I was going to start a thread on it.

Dont all the X-Pacs have that issue? I could have swore I have that issue with the first elite X-Pac.

People buy them, people complain, people keep buying them, people keep complaining. stop buying, its not that difficult.Β Consumers are allowed to complain about what theyβre spending their money on. The point of complaints is for the company to fix the issues, not continue or worsen them.

idk like uh stop buying them? What kind of ignorant response is this? The old "love it or leave it" remark. Framed as an appearance to force someone to take a hard-line approach to a matter, but is really meant to either paint the person as a hypocrite or lessen the amount of opposing viewpoints and further concentrate the percentage of an approving crowd.

Mass produced figures are going to have issues. Why is that a hard concept to understand? I don't expect all my figures to be perfect. They're just toys.

No offence, but this is such a dumb defence, as it somehow makes it ok to have subpar Quality Control, especially when other lines at similar price points don't have the same number of issues. No mass retail toy line is ever going to have zero QC issues, the problem here is that Mattel for whatever reason seems to have an exorbitant amount in comparison to others.

Honestly I've had more issues with Hasbro currently than mattel. 4 of my sons build a thanos set have broken legs, completely broken.

You know, one issue that bugs me senseless is the wide-arm effect some figures have. So many of my women's figures have arms that won't go anywhere near their sides. One of the biggest culprits of this is Milk-O-Mania Steph. I've had three of them now and each one looks like she wants to transport beer barrels her arms are out so far. A bunch of men have this issue too but Milk Steph is probably the most glaring of the Women that I've had. I hate it so much. Just let me give them neutral poses! I've noticed this with certain torsos on the men. The left arm must stick out like a gym bro exaggerating his size. Cannot just hang down normally. In the past bit, the only QC issues I've had are some True FX stuff (the Tri from my Tri/Hardy pack has quite the lazy eye), an AJ Styles with two right legs and a number of E84 Murphy figures with insanely loose waists.

I get very tired of this phenomenon lately of people who's fandom extends to the point of defending big businesses like they're share holders.

Stop crying and having a stroke over some plastic toys. No one's forcing you to keep buying them if they suck so much.

Stop crying and having a stroke over some plastic toys. No one's forcing you to keep buying them if they suck so much. OP wasn't talking about the odd smudge here and there. He's talking about defective products. It's not unreasonable. I don't get why toys should get a free pass from any kind of complaints. My initial post isn't even complaining so much as noting issues. OP has figures with joints that do not work and has been experiencing a higher than normal volume of it. I don't see how the figures being mass produced matters. Saying Mattel has some QC issues and being annoyed by it isn't the same as saying Mattel figures suck.
