I doubt it’s gonna be Snoop. After he went to AEW they said they didn’t wanna do anything with him, then 2K came begging to use a song in 2K22 and he said “aight bet but that’ll be double the price for screwing with me” and Mattel ain’t paying to sign wrestling scrubs let alone Snoop Dogg |

A lot of people are gonna be happy but some will feel they wasted the spot on this HOF’er. I myself am super excited & have my preorder money waiting. Based on this response my guess is Easy E. He was always thinking "outside the box" and he is a HOF'er. I would be happy with this but we still need the Mega Powers. Not Bischoff or mega powers. It’s a single fig. |

I think Kyle Peterson in one of his videos gave heavy metal as a clue. Honestly between that and outside the box clues I think it's "Iron" Mike Tyson

I don’t think there’s any chance this is the exclusive, but a Chainsaw Charlie with packaging that looks like the box he cut himself out of would be one of the few exclusives I’d actively attempt to get.
That said, realistically I would expect something with crossover appeal as was successful the last two years. Maybe a celeb HOFer like Tyson or Ozzy.

"Outside The Box" is the clue for the SDCC exclusive according to My Damn Toys youtube channel. Can you guys think of anything?? I'm really starting to get nervous, Steve has really hyped this year's comic con up, even more so than usual. If we get Hollywood play figures, a bunch of current roster people and the gooker as the big surprise then this whole thing is going to go down like a fart in a church. We have got to see The Mega Powers and some big first time in the line Legends considering the hype. Fart in church on here maybe but SDCC are not for just collectors on here, when they have tried that before with obscure and fun wrestling things it didn’t meet expectations Starting with the macho slim Jim mattel have eluded to the fact tie ins and a more mass appeal market is what they’re after. Fast and furious is 13th highest grossing movie franchise of all time. Disney own 4 of the ones higher and Harry potter or Jurassic park don’t make for a good wwe cross over. Expect future SDCC releases to be more inline with the last 2, the ghostbusters cross over etc |

Would a lot of people be happy for a GI Joe version of Slaughter (wouldn't that look very similar to his HOF fig?)? Unless maybe it is in the style of old school GI Joe dolls.
Sounds like it is Hogan to me. He has a huge fan base that want figs released, but on the flip side, it could be viewed as a waste because he is always going to have figures released as long as he is signed (already has several with more on the way), his character/looks are boring (no offense to Hogan fans), and people are still anti-Hogan due to his comments.
Steve did say a couple months ago that Hogan fans would be happy soon so I think he is going to def be part of the Mattel creations and/or SDCC exclusive.

Looking at past comments from Da Handsome 1 and searching for Hogan, it looks like he is a Hogan stan. Honestly, it makes sense that Mattel would do this since this is the first SDCC since Hogan was signed again.
