ive helped run a wrestling merch stand for the last 5 years. We set up at shows and conventions.
womens figures do NOT sell, very rarely do we ever have any one asking for a female figure. We have them stocked, and always have the latest figures. Btu they hardly ever sell.

Did we ever get Mania 35 Ronda? We didn’t right? We also never got Mania 22 Mickie. Which to me is insane. The best women’s angle in WWE history. Mickie was back for like four years and we got one figure of her and it was based on her very first match back. It took us ten years to get an iconic Triple H. You essentially have to be a lifer to get the iconic attires. Even then, we still don’t have late 97/early 98 Taker. Or Mania X7 Edge. So it’s not really a surprise Mattel has skipped must have attires on the women, who get less places in the line from the onset. Look at the recent fan Takeover or Ultimate votes. Forget the winners, they’ve been awful by the way, but look at the actual options. When we still don’t have stuff like a Python Power or Hulk Still Rules Hogan, I think there is a major disconnect between WWE history and MDT priorities, unfortunately. Speaking of Triple H, it still blows my mind that we STILL never have gotten a Lemmy beard HHH with the black and silver trunks. That’s one of his most iconic looks, and we never got it in any form. And again, because you mentioned WMX7 Edge, it reminds me that we never got any flashback Dudley Boyz, nor did we get a Team Xtreme era Matt Hardy. We just recently got a Team Xtreme Jeff in the two pack, but that’s it. Hulk Still Rules Hogan is another big want of mine. In regards to women’s figures, I only really want Asuka’s TLC 2018 attire (which we probably won’t ever get, sadly), or some kind of Elite pack based off Sasha and Bianca’s Mania match. I believe the next fan voted Ultimate Edition HHH is the 2008 Lemmy version if I'm not mistaken. As far as women are concerned, I've found the only consistent sellers are Lita and Trish.

Their timeline from Elite 72-80 is way out of wack. Not from a set time like the Hasbro's:
Becky Lynch 72: SMACKDOWN January 2019 Kairi Sane 73: NXT Brooklyn 4 August 2018 Natalya 74: Royal Rumble/Fast Lane 2018 Mandy Rose 75: Elimination Chamber 2019 Lacey Evans 76: Royal Rumble 2019 Ronda Rousey77: Summerslam 2018 Naomi 78: Wrestlemania 33/ Backlash 2017 Peyton Royce 73 Exclusive: WWE Evolution 2018 Billie Kay 75 Exclusive: Elimination Chamber 2019

Ronda was just a flashback in a Summerslam themed set. Take those out and the timeline is fine.

I think it’s funny that elite women figures don’t sell that great, but the basics before they eliminated POA sold like hot cakes. It was always so hard to find them at retail because they sold crazy fast at $10. I guess $10 is worth it, but any higher and it isn’t. I like the extra knee articulation of elites, but the figures are so small and fragile feeling, I find myself passing over the newer releases.
