Dawn of the Dead figure? Is it rare?

My friend is currently selling this one on eBay and I'm a die hard horror fan and I was wondering if this figure is rare and or how much it could be worth. I never saw this in stores so if anyone could provide me with any information on it at all I would be greatly appreciate it. Thanks
